Awesome store for work boots up to standard!
Chelsea was AMAZING and so insanely knowledgeable and helpful with picking the right boots for the job. She was so careful, considerate, and patient to make sure I had the right fit and style to suit my needs, some of which I didn't even know I had yet!
I'm so grateful for the superb shopping experience I had here and I'll definitely be coming back for other accessories and regular maintenance for my new boots ?

Shea was super knowledgeable and a delight to work with. I explained what I was looking for and she customized and tailored that into some really wonderful suggestions based off of that. Her upbeat personality and demeanor is something I am not accustomed to in the customer service world. It really shows that she genuinely cares about what she does. The cutting edge technology showcased things I didn't know about my feet and how I walked. This is my second pair of Red Wing shoes and I highly recommend them to anyone!

My brother from the US brought me here for the first time. I was surprised at the sheer variety of shoes compared to Red Wing stores in Japan. I was also surprised at the machine that measures foot width and walking pressure, which I have never seen in Japan. And above all, I was impressed by the attentive and polite customer service of the staff. Thank you so much for the special gift. When I return to Japan, I will tell everyone about how good this store is and how great Red Wing is.

I was always impressed by the dedication their family operation. But today I spoke with Ryan about an issue I was having with my boots. He could not have been more professional, helpful & kind. Great location if your looking to invest in Red Wing Boots ! Thank you Ryan!!!

After running around looking for new work boots in my size I called this location they said they had it I get there and they did also the woman that was working had me try some others just incase she was very polite and professional even though this is an hour away from me I will come back here
