He gave me a warm welcome, analyzed what I needed, and delivered an amazing experience. Had me in and out within 25-30 minutes (upgrading phone). Not only that, I ended up leaving my phone bag there, so the next day I called in asking about it. Steve picked up my call instantaneously and was able to locate it.
