Lowes is just a horribly run company, we bought a very expensive GE profile refrigerator, on the day they were to deliver it. The delivery crew refused to take it out of the box to get it through the door. Everybody knows it Hass to come out of the box and fit through a 36 inch door? So they took it back. Then they gave me a discount and had it sent again, well, this time when they took it out of the box, there was a giant dent in the front of it. Now this is twice we've taken off work to wait for this refrigerator, then they refused any more compensation. So full refund it is after two failed delivery attempts. Horrible customer service, horrible store, horrible delivery service.

Ashley, one of the managers, provided me with some of the best customer service I've ever had. She empathetically listened to my month's long battle with Hisense. Because the AC unit stopped working properly one year after purchase, returns are made to the manufacturer. Each time you provide Hisense with what they request, they inform you of something else that needs to be sent in. They never gave me a list and provided me with the documents needed in any of my 5 phone calls or 5 emails. After I gave them everything they requested, they then wanted me to cut the cord to the unit and send them a picture. I was not doing that as the fan still worked. I needed at least that if I was to be without an AC unit in 90 degree heat for a week with my elderly mother. At this point I was exhausted with the situation. I knew Lowes did not take returns on this but I had no where else to turn. I told my story to the first person who picked up at customer service. She was kind and understanding. She then put Ashley, the manager, on. Ashley took ownership of the situation and solved my issue immediately. It is the type of character you would expect from a business owner who understands the thirty thousand foot view of a situation. When I arrived the next day to exchange my unit, Kim, an associate, said with a smile you must be Marie. Everyone was friendly while they got Ashley. I wanted to hug her. To sum it up. Ashley deserves recognition for her leadership. It's further evidenced by the staff she manages.

Danny in the tiling department was so helpful and had a great attitude with us pick out what we needed for a project.

The carpet installation was/is poor. I'm suppose to except visible carpet seams as normal. Wrong!!!

I was sent to Lowe's to get a bunch of things, and I am not a technical or handy person. I ran across a man in plumbing and he was a big help. He listen to what I had to say, and he went and used his imagination with me. He was a big help. He helped me out in a big way. I am very very happy with Lowes because of Spencer in plumbing.

Poor management and rude, unprofessional employees. It seems like more of a hangout than an actual store.

My 5 Stars is for Nick from the flooring department. I'm home after spending 15 days in hospital... Speaking to Nick on the phone and on a Saturday no less when it's crazy in store, I found Nick very professional, respectfuland very helpful. When I recoup I hope to do business in person with him.

Will update review when I can but since the last time I've been here it is changed dramatically the garden's apartment is 100 times better than it was staff is fantastic I will never say anywhere is better than my HOMDEL Lowes but I am very glad that they made the changes that they made at the eatontown location I was assisted by Robert and Angelina in the gardens apartment new staff very very wonderful and helpful. Good job eatontown!!!!
