I was sent to Lowe's to get a bunch of things, and I am not a technical or handy person. I ran across a man in plumbing and he was a big help. My 5 Stars is for Nick from the flooring department. I'm home after spending 15 days in hospital... Speaking to Nick on the phone and on a Saturday no less when it's crazy in store, I found Nick very professional, respectfuland very helpful. When I recoup I hope to do business in person with him.
