worst worst worst. avoid this awful place and go anywhere else. if i could give negative stars it would be too kind. i was denied patient care after being mocked by receptionist. the people that work here are despicable.

I was there today. The woman at the front desk was very nice but the person who took my blood was nasty and impatient. I will never go there again

Don't be expected to be treated like a human here. It's like fast food for lab work. If you don't do everything perfectly you get crap. You get talked down to. I'm okay to wait for a walk in. I expect that. But to be treated so rudely...gosh

My son gets regular bloodwork every 4 to 6 weeks and while we usually have a regular we go see shes considered a floater so it's not always easy to go where she is. We went to the labcorp in children's specialized as someone recommended they were good with babies. Well of all the lab corps we've been to and all the techs we've interacted with this was by far the worst. Sophia could not have been more bothered by us. I told her which arm/hand they usually are successful with and she responded egotistically "well I'm gonna check them both anyway" to which I replied okay no problem. I then warned her that they usually have trouble because he has such a slow flow. She rudely told me to back my head up because I was in her light. Poked him once, saw it was coming out slowly, and pulled the needle out right away (without even trying to reposition it as they usually do). She then barely touched his left arm and said she didn't find anything (at this point it was almost 1230 and there was a sign on the door stating lunch was at 1230 and I could tell she was trying to get rid of us quickly). I then mentioned again that his right hand is usually good too to which she got defensive and said she's not going to do his hand and she's never done a one year olds hand and she's not going to be confrontational with me. I then asked if she was done trying (after the one try) and she said yes she wasn't comfortable getting his blood. I was visibly annoyed and said you barely tried and then she offered to call her supervisor since I didn't like the way she did things. Luckily there was another tech there who was super sweet her name was Melissa and she recommended I try another lab core with a specific tech that she knows does well with babies. We went straight there and they were immediately successful. I will NEVER go to eatontown labcorp again nor will I reccomend anyone else to go there. Sophia was extremely rude, confrontational, unprofessional, and impatient.

I was here today and I am very surprised why they write bad comments. I don't have insurance and Sophia at the front desk helped me with everything and thank you so much for that.

Worst labcorp I've ever had to use. Yes the space is clean and new but the people that work at the front desk are some of the rudest and on a power trip that is on another level. I witnessed the front desk worker speak to an elderly woman so poorly made me sick to my stomach and didn't get my blood work done that day and checked on her in the parking lot. Even when she asked how fare the other labcorp Was in ocean she was told to get on the internet for that info. The 2 people I've interacted with at this location should not be working in healthcare period.

Disorganized, rude, and dirty. I was a walk in on Sat Dec 9th. As I walked into the building towards Labcorp office a female security guard asked if I had an appt. I told her no and she pointed to a line in the hallway. The line moved fairly quickly. I entered the office and the security guard proceeded to follow me to the self check in and tell me how to check in ad she leaned over my shoulder. I go to Labcorp a lot and did not need or ask for help at the self-serve kiosk. I took a seat and watched the room empty twice, without being called. When I inquired about when I would be called and that I was waiting an hour a loud woman with short hair behind the desk asked if I had checked in! She was the one that checked me in! She an another woman we’re bickering behind the desk at one point- very unprofessional! A few minutes later, I was called. The loud woman said I didn’t have an appt so that’s why I waited. Completely untrue. Many people in front of me had no appointment… I heard them say so — they made a mistake and would not admit it. Would love a supervisor to call me and explain but I’m sure that’s not going to happen. Skip this office and go to a more efficient Labcorp location. Awful way to start my Saturday. I’m hoping they took the correct bloodwork!

So frustrated! I made an appointment online for daughter on Sunday morning. I received multiple text message reminders. We show up and...it's closed!! Really can't believe they haven't updated their scheduling system once they changed their hours.

Sophia and Jessica were amazing with our not-so-excited-about-bloodwork 14 month old.

The woman at the front desk should not be interacting with the patients - she's just straight up rude. Not surprised one bit to see other reviewers saying the same thing about her.My fiancé scheduled a 3 hour glucose test over the phone with the corporate office for 8:15. We got there at 7:30. She scolded my fiancé at 7:50 when she was finally getting checked in, saying she should have been there at 7AM. She essentially blamed her for not being there earlier. The appointment was for 8:!5, why would we get there at 7AM unless we were told to be there at that time? My fiancé said the woman on the phone never said anything about getting there at 7, her response was "they don't know when we close." What does that even mean? The people at YOUR corporate office scheduled this appointment for 8:15, knowing it was a 3 hour glucose test. If we were supposed to be there at 7AM, they should have told us.She then said the 3 hour glucose test would take 4 hours and we'd be there until at least 12 if the test started at 8, which is just incorrect. If the 3 hour glucose test starts at 8AM, it's over by 11AM. My fiancé already had enough anxiety about the test, it was almost as if she was trying to get us to leave.Totally unacceptable, be unhappy on your own time and don't take it out on the patients who are essentially paying your salary. Avoid this location and go to the Oakhurst one down the street where they treat the patients with respect. We left and absolutely won't be going back there.

I visited today for my sons bloodwork, both ladies who interacted with us were amazing. Pleasure to talk to and very sweet. Quick and simple but without being rough
