Had a great experience with Michael today. I had quite a number of things I needed with plenty of questions and my two year old in tow. Michael spent so much time going through all the details, explaining my options, and ultimately found everything I was looking for. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He even offered my son snacks when he started getting restless. He made it so easy on me and made sure I could get my order as quickly as possible. Thank you so much Michael!!

The experience at this showroom was wonderful. We were doing two bathroom renovations and Paul patiently worked with us with great consideration to our budget. His suggestions and experience was superior customer service.
We have a third bathroom to do and would absolutely work with him again.
In addition , the delivery was quick and professional.

My wife and I had an appointment at Kohler Signature Store at Eaton Town, NJ today (7/7/2024) at 11:30 AM with Paul Gassert to look for bathroom sink faucets and shower system and had the WORST EXPERIENCE imaginable. About 10-15 minutes into the appointment, while Paul was showing us a shower system, my wife said something to me and I turned around to listen to her which somehow offended Paul. He very aggressively threw his hands up in the air and said, "Aaand they are not listening to Paul" which was very weird. We heard his comment but decided to ignore. 5 minutes later he got offended again when my wife and I tried to talk to each other. He asked us if we were there to buy or just waste his time. By that point, we had had enough and after confronting him, we asked to speak to the store manager who spoke to Paul about what happened but then proceeded to her appointment without speaking to us. We waited for the manager at the front of the store but left after waiting 15-20 minutes. Paul came and apologized for his behavior and the store manager called after 3-4 hours and apologized as well but in my opinion, it was too little and too late. Paul somehow, expected us to give him his full undivided attention and not talk or consult each other which is ridiculous. We ended up going to another Kohler store and placed my full order from there.

My wife and I kept putting off renovating our guest bathroom for years! We finally decided to go for it. We went to the Kohler store in Eatontown to look for a tub and faucet. Our salesman was Paul Gassert. Paul helped us pick out a tub, fixtures, and faucet. While at the store, we observed a really nice sliding shower door. Paul also assisted with ordering the door. Paul is very knowledgeable. The showroom is immaculate. We are happy with the experience.

I can't say enough great things about General Plumbing Supply in Eatontown! We had previously spent several hours choosing Kohler products for a home renovation at a competitor plumbing supply company. My husband and I walked into GPS Eatontown on a Sunday (their competitor was not open on Sundays) just to have another look at the Kohler line. We were lucky enough to be helped by Penny Vitoroulis, who was simply amazing. She looked at our choices of fixtures, and made several wonderful suggestions that we had never considered. She showed us a new line of fixtures that completely matched our style. Needless to say, within 20 minutes Penny was helping us place an order for an entirely different set of fixtures and vanities! Not only did we fall in love with her suggestions, but they were even less expensive than our previous choices. We never felt that she was "upselling" or pushing things we did not need.Purchasing our plumbing supplies at GPS was quick and painless. But we have been even more impressed with their communication and follow-through after the sale. Penny has been proactive in communicating the status of our order. Several items we ordered took longer to arrive as they are in high demand. Penny constantly checks on the status of these items, and routinely sends me emails, even just to say they are still in process.Working with Penny Vitoroutis at General Plumbing Supply in Eatontown was such a joy. If we could give her a 6-star rating we would!

I just want share my experience with this particular place. Right before COVID I purchased faucet for my brand new kitchen. Unfortunately, I didn't check the box and my plumber found out there were no drainage parts. There was no reason to go back, plumber was already in my house, he installed his own parts. Things happening, ok..Last august I was renovating my powder room, and stopped by, purchased toilet, faucets. The salesperson was nice and helpful, showed me vanities, offered to order one. I asked her give me an estimate, and asked if they installing it. She said that it is going to be delivered and installed at no extra cost. And here my History starts. during estimation some piece of wood was added, so called filler, which is necessary for installation( actually not). But who knows, im not pro. Extra $70, ok. In a few minutes she called again- she forgot to include sink. Ok. In few weeks vanity was delivered( just box with no handles), im calling to my salesperson and asking when they going to come to install. And here it is! I supposed to look for someone who can do it for me. That was my point!!! I wouldn't place order on vanity if they don't install, I had my favorite place that does kitchens and vanities with full installation. I was particular on it! Ok. I drilled holes, somehow with my son we installed it. Called to the store for vanity top. It took week or two for them to show for taking measurements. Guy took my sink and promised to be back in about 5 work days. Yesterday I called to vanity top guys myself, they said everything is ready and we are going to call you for scheduling installation for tomorrow. I took day off. But they never called. Today I drove to Kohler, spoke to manager. Seems like they are coming tomorrow. I hope. It took 4 weeks just for the top.It took one month to me to make new kitchen, with electric, plumbing job, tile, marble... And 4 weeks just for vanity top with Kohler. You definitely can buy plumbing supply there, do not get involved with furniture. The not even drilling holes for handles.
