Needed a length of pilot light tubing, checked the website, in stock and ordered it. Received email, traveled to the Eatontown store, was promptly greeted and on my way within minutes. A very pleasant and successful transaction. The store was also impeccable and organized.

Unfortunately they don’t value repeated customers at this branch. I buy a lot from this specific branch and I had a problem for the first time with one of their products. When it came to returning, they wouldn’t honor it because I was over the 30 days by a day that actually fell on a weekend. The representative assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem but when I got there this morning, he acted like our conversation never happened…. Thankfully their main corporate office took care of it. That’ll be my last time I shop from this branch.

They have a gigantic catalog, I always find something. The service is great, everybody is very knowledgeable & nice. Even ordering by phone or online, they usually get it to you with a couple of days. A month ago I ordered a bunch of exit & fire extinguisher signs, they came from I believe 6 different locations. It took 2 weeks to get everything, nobody perfect. They have a great selection of power tools. They are worth a look.

They always say it's in stock. You drive 45 minutes to get there. Then they want to order it for the next day. Happens at every store. Doesn't matter what state you're in. Biggest waste of time coming here.

Not far from the GSP Parkway, exit 105. Small Parking lot, but both times that I have been there, wasn't a problem. Grainger Stores are all pretty standard. They have some stuff out on the floor, and they usually have everything in stock. The folks there are very helpful and will do their best to get you what you need. Grainger in general is great for speciality items. Everything else is overpriced.
