I am not one to write reviews but in this situation I feel its totally deserved. I was in the market for a vehicle that is very much in demand and hard to find. I submitted an inquiry via the corporate Toyota website and was matched with several local dealerships. After coming to the realization I would have to wait months for the vehicle, I received a text from Sienna Madera that the vehicle I wanted was immediately available. As I was not expecting the vehicle to be available this quick, I was not quite ready to make the purchased. Next Brandon Bisignano contacted me to understand my situation and work through solutions with me to make the deal work which included trading in 2 vehicles. Brandon took the time to work with me around my schedule and never made me feel pressured or rushed. He truly listened and didnt come back with canned responses. Working around my schedule we were able to come up with terms that I felt were very fair. When I showed up at the dealership I worked with George Fears in sales and Lauren Muller in finance to finalize the transaction. There was no pressure, no surprised, no crazy upselling, just a very smooth transaction. The entire experience was a team effort and I was very appreciative of how they worked with me. I highly recommend!!!!

Super slow in servicing
You call them for service appointments they will not take you easily, they will give you appointment time for one week
By the time they give you service appointment that time one puts more miles on the car
Service department people are not friendly
They are rude
You call any other dealership for service appointment they will take you in much faster than this place
I met Frank Greco personally he is the one who didn’t take me in and told to come on September 9th so he need another one week from today (Sep 3rd 2024) to service my car I brought my car inside of your service department from where Frank told me to go and come on another date
Earlier Mike was super nice and fast but now he is not working anymore with you
What’s the point of saying your feedback is valuable when you can’t do anything
UPDATING ON 09-04-2024 I have got service done by other dealership, I called them and they took me in right away,

If there were a negative star rating, this dealership would deserve it. In January 2023, I purchased a Toyota vehicle from Galaxy Toyota. By the time the paperwork was finished and I took delivery of the vehicle, it was dark, and we noticed a crack in the windshield. The Sales Manager, Tony, assured us that it would be taken care of later since the staff had already left for the day.
The following week, they put a glass patch on the crack and once again assured me that they had ordered a new windshield and would fix it as soon as possible. I’ve been waiting for nearly 20 months, driving a brand-new vehicle with a cracked windshield—what a shame for a brand like Toyota. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, I received no response.
Finally, I escalated the issue to Toyota Headquarters. As always, Toyota HQ was very responsive and instructed the dealer to address the problem. I received a call from the dealership, promising to fix the windshield, but it has now been another 8 months, and there has been no response.
I’ve had to escalate this matter once again to Toyota, and I’m hopeful they will finally resolve this issue. However, I would never visit this dealership again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. It’s a junk dealership with terrible customer service

During my recent interaction with the sales manager, Mr. Tony, I observed a concerning pattern of behavior. While he initially demonstrated enthusiasm for facilitating a vehicle sale, his actions ultimately fell short of fulfilling his commitments.
Our primary objective was to test drive a specific model, the Toyota Prius XLE Limited. Despite our clear intention to only conduct a test drive, Mr. Tony insisted on attempting to persuade us to purchase the vehicle immediately.
After protracted negotiations, we reached an agreement on a price that aligned with our budget of $41,500 (out the door). However, to our surprise, Mr. Tony reneged on this offer and proposed a significantly higher price of $44,500.
He definitely did not want us taking pictures of the proposed buyer order. I was able to capture a few images ? #sneaky #oops. He kept pulling the paper away whenever he saw me trying to take a photo ? #nosy #photofail

Worst dealership. I was told a price for a vehicle and got a quote via email. When i went to the dealership to finalize the details they told me we agreed on a price 2k higher. I had never agreed on that price and only traveled 3 hours to their dealership because of the information they gave me prior to my arrival. They lied to me and had me drive in 3 hours for nothing. Do not use a dealership that isn't trustworthy.

I had the honor of being introduced to Steve Taylor and General Manager Joe through using the website chat portal and talking with Sienna the internet sales agent. When I arrived at the building, Steve and Joe were fantastic at helping find the right car and getting to a price I can afford. There team go above and beyond. I wish past dealerships I dealt with would operate like this team does. Thanks Galaxy Toyota.

The experience of leasing at $4k above msrp and then being harassed for 7 months by sales pitches towards lease end has been horrendous. I thought it cannot get worse but it did. TFS is grossly incompetent to the point negligence. Dealing with them has been rage-inducing. I will NEVER in my life will purchase another Toyota.

I just bought a Toyota 86 from Jeff at galaxy toyota and he could not have been more pleasant. Super friendly and on my side! And I love the car! Jeff I appreciate how much you went above and beyond to help me out. Strongly recommend this place, we’ve been buying Toyotas from galaxy for over 10 years and they keep knocking it out of the park every time!

07/15/2024 at 4.13 pm I went to galaxy toyota Eatentown to order part for Toyota Prius 2008 . I didn’t know part number but I know the part I need , I show them video from you tube to part person who on duty that time . Earlier I called by phone & he said our policy can’t give part number by phone , ok I respected that . That y I went to store, & after I told them he couldn’t print either “The quote “ .First told me system down but in his hand have paper work that he printed already . We meet at near cashier & I asked again can I see a paperwork before I make a payment ? Of course he can’t refuse because how I make a payment without bill in my hand . After in my hand , I asked instead I make a payment now , can I take a photo this paperwork ? He said NO , YOU CAN’T DO AS WELL . What ????? I can’t take a photo my paperwork with my name on it ????? He said I have to make a payment ( pre paid ) first then I can have a paperwork ????? But without his permission, quickly I took a photo anyway , then I hand it back all paperwork . Because your price 3x higher that any Toyota dealer so I don’t order from you , but other dealer yes I will order whoever Offer lower price . The one in charge not there so I just left with dissatisfaction their service . If you are in charge read my complain , look at my profile & call me . I never buy car from galaxy but I service my car long time ago & always asked for part number. I didn’t bring my Toyota for service because price too high ( labor ) & part price 2- 3x higher than any Toyota dealer like Lakewood , freehold, Newark , even Smithtown Long Island Toyota . All dealer I mention was cheaper than Galaxy for the parts .

Hands down best dealership Ive dealt with in a long time. All the credit goes to Erick Erazo, he was patient and accommodating. From the moment we parked our car Erick was there to open the door and welcome us in. We went to 3 other Toyota Dealerships the same day and did not receive the 5 star treatment that we got at Galaxy Toyota. Other memorable staff mentions would be Ozzy Rosa and Hyung Yoo both were pleasant and great to work with. If I could give more then 5 starts I would.

I am extremely displeased. Upon visiting their establishment for a brake service, I was compelled to return my truck. Their prices are exorbitant, and their schedule is overbooked. I will never again patronize this business. I hope that those in positions of authority understand the significance of providing excellent customer service.
