Even when you electronically sign for a package, they will claim to have no notice of a signature and refuse to deliver….

Not the friendliness group of people. You greet them with a humble smile, and their sorry behinds treat you like you don't belong. Boooo... You will not get my vote. I recommend you all find another FedEx kinkos.

It was okay, not my best experience! Young lady took 10 mins to come from the back to the front where I am to assist me. Then told me they are Express only and can not help me because my package was ground.
