I actually only used the front drop box to send a package. Easy to find Easy to send.

It was okay, not my best experience! Young lady took 10 mins to come from the back to the front where I am to assist me. Then told me they are Express only and can not help me because my package was ground.

I was able to get my package here when FedEx tried to send it earlier than scheduled.
