“Frank was wonderful.He was on time for both visits. He was able to diagnose the problem the first visit and order the necessary part. He scheduled his return visit as quickly as possible.He returned today and patiently dismantled the broken part and replaced it with the new one. Frank suggested I run the Clean cycle for the washing machine before placing clothing in the machine.
