We've used Eatontown Appliance for repairs several times, and are totally pleased. They've been pleasant, reliable and prompt, but mostly impressed with their willingness to offer suggestions to solve your problem on the phone before even making a service appointment. Also, when the tech does come (if you needed a service call) he's been pleasant and efficient, and has offered suggestions for (simple) self repairs in the future, as well as reliable replacement brands when and if you need to replace an appliance in the future.

I needed a new over-the-stove microwave. I went to the store in Eatontown and Clifton helped me choose a new unit. One week later Dennis,the Tech, came to install it. He was efficient,courteous and very neat. I am very satisfied with the service and the price.

Very happy with the whole experience, from shopping for my washer and dryer, to the delivery and set up, and even had customer service follow up with me to ask if I was satisfied and if I had any questions. Previously I bought my appliances at the big blue box store, however my most recent experience with them was very frustrating and I’ll never go back. You get what you pay for, and I feel I got a fair price with good old fashioned service. I’ll be back for a refrigerator soon ?

The serviceman came and tried everything he could to get my microwave going again. It was only then that he told me that I needed to buy a new one. He was so nice. I’ve been a customer for years and I recommend Eatontown TV to everyone
