The event was great. Food was OK. But one of the staff walked up to one of the invited speakers, who was on the mic, in mid-sentence to tell us we were over our time and needed to leave.
At another event, last year, they turned off the lights and killed the mics. In the middle of a lady's song.
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, OUT RIGHT RUDE to the guests and EMBARRASSING to the sponsoring organization.

Nice reception, nice lobby, normal rooms (but not worn out) and good breakfast.
Standard room sufficient for 3 people.
There is a very small pool.
Parking spaces sufficient.
We would book it again for 2 to 3 nights.
Nearby activities: It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the beautiful beach. Totally okay.
Food and drinks: Good breakfast. You order a' la carte with a selection of around 10 dishes. Tastes good and is fairly priced.

Amazing weekend stay for us!
Recently renovated, so everything looks like brand new and of quality. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Patrons were a mixed of families and couples.
Service was just average. Sandy checked us in with the least welcoming attitude yet she was efficient. Check out was equally quick. No special requests from us to really find out how helpful the staff could be, but they seemed to be short staffed asking us to go pick up stuff from the reception.
Breakfast is made per order; thus it was quality and fresh. Far better than many Hilton buffets in the US. Service could be a hit or miss depending on the server. One took forever while the other was super quick.
For the price tag, we found it slightly overpriced. $900+ for 2 nights is not the best value, but it was a good overall experience. So, thank you! Will be back once the tourist season slows down.

This nice newly renovated hotel was a comforting stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I slept very sound and didn't even wake once during a night! They have a decent restaurant inside that serves various dishes and a good burger with fries. The wait staff is very friendly and funny! Thank you Andrew for making sure things are running smoothly.

Rooms were decent, nothing special. My room had faint smells of cigarettes and cat piss. You would think for 450 a night they’d at least provide free breakfast. Definitely not worth what they’re charging for it.

When you see ‘by HILTON’ it must be better. The pool was dirty, the room was not clean, as you can see in the video, it was cleaned thoroughly.!!

My boyfriend and I came to stay for our anniversary and let me just say we had the best experience!!! I would first like to shoutout Andrew (operations manager) he made our check-in experience quick & easy! And since we mentioned it was our anniversary he upgraded our room to a suite for free & offered us drinks!! Our room was beautiful & cleaned to perfection. We had an issue with our toilet and Andrew sent someone up right away and fixed it within minutes! The location was perfect it’s right off the highway and roughly 15 mins away from Pier Village/Long Branch Beach and lots of stores & eateries just a few minutes away. Would definitely recommended this hotel, it was a perfect way to spend our anniversary!

Very nice, clean, conveniently located. Looks better in person than online. Only complaint is we got a corner room and the walls were paper thin. There was a room adjoining to ours and the door separating the rooms had a large gap at the bottom which allowed us to hear everything going on in there. I used a towel to close the gap and still could hear the people next door and was woken up several times through the night. That was my only frustration. Would I stay here again? Maybe but not in the corner room.

Myself and 4 colleagues stayed here for the first time since renovations were complete and loved it. The rooms were nice, beds were comfy. The restaurant food was good overall and priced so reasonably for a hotel that it stood out.
Jennifer in sales has been very helpful and Andrew at the front desk and the rest of the team in all departments were great the entire time. We will be there about 6 weeks per year for business and our choice on where to stay is easy now
