Matt Feeney is a terrific service advisor! He and I agreed to have the tires being replaced on my car, ordered, before scheduling service! They were in that same week and service was completed that Friday. he even saved me money on a service I asked for that wasn't needed right now. Thanks again, Matt and DCH Ford! You guys are the BEST!!

Stay away from this place. Went to get an oil change and this was the result the day after. Mechanics don’t know what they are doing. Take your car somewhere else.

Shady Dealership with Poor Communication and Unprofessional Behavior - Avoid DHC Ford
I recently had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences at DHC Ford. The lack of communication between their online team and the dealership is absolutely unacceptable. Sierra, the online representative, should have made sure everything was in order before I came in, but instead, I was met with total unpreparedness and confusion. It was as if they had no idea I was coming, despite multiple conversations to avoid exactly this kind of situation.
When I arrived, I stood there for at least 10 minutes, feeling invisible as people walked around me without even acknowledging my presence. It felt like an hour just standing there, watching staff ignore me. The level of disinterest and disregard was shocking and frankly, infuriating.
But the worst part was witnessing the treatment of a lady in the lobby. She was clearly frustrated, and rightfully so. She had her family with her, and they were all pushing back against the dealership’s blatant lies and infringement on the contract she signed. They misled her during the signing process, and when she discovered she didn’t get what she paid for, the staff kept backpedaling, trying to cover up their mistakes instead of owning up to them. The tension was palpable, and it was heartbreaking to watch her fight for what was right, knowing she had been deceived. It was like watching one of those viral TikTok videos where people expose shady dealership practices, only this time, it was happening right in front of me.
The only bright spot in this entire ordeal was the salesperson, John. He was great—honest, professional, and genuinely helpful. He’s a true asset to the team, and it’s a shame he’s stuck in such a toxic environment. I sincerely hope he finds a better place to work because DHC Ford doesn’t deserve someone of his caliber.
To whoever owns DHC, you need to take a hard look at how your dealership is operating. The way you treat customers is disgraceful, and if you don’t fix what’s wrong, you’re going to end up on the wrong side of the news. This place is on a fast track to a terrible reputation, and I wouldn’t be surprised if more customers start speaking out about their experiences.

My sister recently bought a pre owned 2018 Honda CRV from this dealer. Before she even arrived home every light on the dash came on. Went back the next day and they took the car for “repairs” and promised her a loaner car dropped off at her house the next day. Today comes and still no loaner car because “it was never returned”. How does a dealer have only one loaner. Nothing but headaches this far.

We’ve been looking for a few months online for a Jeep Wrangler. We went to a couple other dealerships and walked away from them because they just weren’t willing to work with us. Then we saw one for sale on DCH’s website so we thought we’d give it a try. Izzy was amazing. From the beginning to the end of the purchase. Any questions or concerns were well answered. Hands down one of our best experiences with purchasing a car.

Recently purchased a used Ford Bronco Sport for my daughter. John the salesman was excellent. The vehicle was listed at a lower price due to an error and they made good on the advertised price. I would definitely recommend DCH as I have made previous purchases at their other dealerships.
