“This Goodyear is the best. I showed up at 7:45 with a piece of metal in my tire. I was traveling from Eatontown to North Carolina. Juan(service Mgr.) took me in at7:45. Three techs worked on my Dodge Van replacing two tires and replacing the temp spare back underneath the vehicle. I was out and on the way home by 9:00. “i went to the dealership who wanted an arm and a leg for transmission services. instead went to von kattengell on a recommendation. they're extremely fair, honest, competent. even told me my radiator is rusted out and needed replacing, something the dealership did not pick up on. and he came in well under what the dealership wanted. eric was great and i completely trust him. he does really good work!”

Apparently, most "while you wait" oil change shops don't work on Mini's. After being turned down at 3 places, we stopped at Pep Boys. Not only did they do the job, they were quick & super friendly. The guy at the counter scanned a $20 off coupon for me, and then gave me a voucher for a $25 Visa gift card. Even without the $45 savings I'd go back just because they were so friendly and were willing to work on my daughter's car.”

“I am not one to write reviews but in this situation I feel its totally deserved. I was in the market for a vehicle that is very much in demand and hard to find. I submitted an inquiry via the corporate Toyota website and was matched with several local dealerships. After coming to the realization I would have to wait months for the vehicle, I received a text from Sienna Madera that the vehicle I wanted was immediately available. As I was not expecting the vehicle to be available this quick, I was not quite ready to make the purchased. Next Brandon Bisignano contacted me to understand my situation and work through solutions with me to make the deal work which included trading in 2 vehicles. Brandon took the time to work with me around my schedule and never made me feel pressured or rushed. He truly listened and didnt come back with canned responses. Working around my schedule we were able to come up with terms that I felt were very fair. When I showed up at the dealership I worked with George Fears in sales and Lauren Muller in finance to finalize the transaction. There was no pressure, no surprised, no crazy upselling, just a very smooth transaction. The entire experience was a team effort and I was very appreciative of how they worked with me.
