I denied service to be done to my car after the diagnostic and requested a tow back to my place. I received my car back with sticky sap all over my car idk what it was, maybe it was from being parked under a tree over there, but there was also gum lodged on the top of my car. I'm not going to assume anything but if you deny services there I'd take a lap around your vehicle afterwards.

Would not use the auto services as the mechanics are paid on commission and not on a salary. Commission based means the more the mechanic sells, the more money they make. The more repairs and services a technician sells, the more money he makes. In addition, to save money AAA has stopped printing tour books.

Large AAA location, I am a member for their roadside services. Around the holidays they offer fee free visa gift cards which make great gifts for the family. The process is time consuming, 8 cards took a solid 25 minutes. The car care prices are middle of the road leaning toward the high side. I have not used them for car care. I love their tour/road trip maps, and points of interest books which are free of charge for members. Everyone is very friendly.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have been using them for years, for what I call light service, meaning mostly oil changes, since for my 2005 Town and Country, with AAA discount its about $28.00. I have had them do very minor repairs when I absolutely knew the problem, like a faulty oil pressure switch. But here is why I am very upset. at around 80K, I had my oil changed and they said I needed new struts and shocks because they were leaking. For major repairs, such as brake service, and something like this, I go to ASC automotive in the Highlands because they are super honest. I then took my car to Andy at ASC and he checked and said there is nothing wrong with struts or shocks. Today, at 84K miles I went to AAA for an oil change, fully expecting them to say I needed new struts and shocks. But no, they said I need a brake fluid flush (which may or may not be true). How is it possible my struts and shocks improved by driving the car 4K miles? Sarcasm? Absolutely. This place is not honest.

I was towed in early in the morning . I have to say from the phone conversation with Dan prior to getting there and meeting him helped with a stressful situation. Talking with Ryan who worked on my car and explained everything to me made me feel confident I was not being taken advantage of and he had my best interest in mind. I have found a great place to go to now with any issues with my car. Thank you Dan and Ryan!! I will continue to be a AAA member!
