Pharmacist was so incredibly rude when I brought my two girls in for their flu vaccines. We had appointments and she basically refused to do them. Told me most people to to the pediatrician despite us going to CVS every year to have them done. She made such an issue of it and made us feel like such an inconvenience that I decided to go elsewhere because it was clear she was refusing the service.

Great pharmacy and excellent service. But you need someone dedicated solely to the vaccines to be able to move the customers in and out more efficiently!

Worst pharmacy ever. My doctor called in a prescription at 2:00 on Friday. I called at 4:45 and was told the pharmacist was busy giving injections and would not be able to fill it before closing at7:00. If they would rather be a clinic instead of a pharmacy then they should just close the pharmacy

The pharmacy never answers the phone. You have to wait a week for time sensitive medication and if it comes in on Friday, don’t expect it until Monday because it will “process” all weekend.

I went there to pick up some prescriptions, and cashier asked me to sign a paper.I didn't remember signing a form before, so I asked what the signature is for.Cashier told me it was always required, so I told her I didn't had to sign anything similar last time I was here.After hearing that Cashier told me only reason why I didn't had to sign it was because quarantine prohibited.I told her I got these prescription long before quarantine and I didn't had to sign anything before.She replied that it just started this week.She changed her answer twice in less than a minute and never explained why I need to sign the paper.I just assumed that answer was her way of saying "I don't have time for this, just roll with it" and left the premise.I'm guessing that signature is for requesting payment to my insurance, but she didn't really gave me a straight answer.Do they ask you to sign a receipt like paper when you pick up a prescription?Did you had a chance to read them all the way through?I'm really hoping I didn't miss anything when I was reading that.If you know what that form is for please give me a reply.

Is it out of the realm of possibilities to hire someone for the pharmacy??? You could literally stand and or drive thru and wait for 45 mins with only two people in front of you. Absolutely ridiculous. Hate this place

I’ve used this pharmacy without problems for over 10 years now. As of 2022, they are garbage. They are rude, they don’t fill scripts on time, and they don’t answer the phone to find out what’s going on. T R A S H. Go to a different Cvs and save yourself the grief.

Do not use the pharmacy here. Jamie, the pharmacist, refused to fill my controlled substance medication saying the website was wrong about the pickup date. When I asked her to try running it through, she claimed it didn't go through. I called my insurance who confirmed it went through. My insurance tried to call the pharmacy and Jamie put us on hold for 23 minutes and then hung up. We called back and she put us on hold for 34 minutes and then came on the line saying it's lunchtime, call back in half an hour.I'll be filing a grievance through both my insurance and CVS, but this is a total waste of a location. Instead of admitting she was wrong about my pickup date and allowing me to get my medicine, Jamie preferred to lie and then repeatedly dodge calls from myself and my insurance. Use another pharmacy unless you want to use a pharmacy with an incompetent pharmacist like Jamie.
