If I had to sum up this dealership in three words, they'd be quality service, respect, and honesty.
From the get-go, my salesman, Jonathan Chan, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns and gave me all the details of the car I was interested in (which I eventually purchased). Together with Chris Hreiz at the finance department, they worked out a price that was within my budget which I appreciate given that I am in college. There were no hidden fees; Chris and John were transparent from the start.
I had to get the car serviced for a brake job, and I used their service department. Great quality service as well! They employ knowledgeable mechanics who know the ins and outs of cars, and I am very happy with their work! While I was waiting for my car to be ready, Justin at the service department took good care of me and offered to have someone drive my dad and me to a place for lunch. I was also offered a loaner vehicle.
If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, I'd definitely recommend this place! A great team to work with; I could not thank you all enough!

The professional who was helping us, Ruben. Ruben has explained the whole set of differences between all the trims, and he has never hesitated to answer any of our questions. We were really satisfied to the service we received from this center. We bought Nissan Rogue SL Premium model.

I was in a tight spot and needed a car. I now owe 16 grand on a car that's worth 6 grand. They didn't know me from Adam, so it could be you. If they can rip you off, they absolutely will.

If I could put a 0 star I would. I’ve had bad experiences at other Nissans but this is by far the worst one yet. I gave them two cars plus $2900 for two financed cars and the first car is great no problems but the second car was a nightmare. They made us sign papers after papers after driving the car home. First contract didn’t go through I guess then they made us sign a second one. The car stinks like cigarettes they said it would go away never did. We bought the cars May 25th and by June 28 drove the one car back to them. We haven’t had the car since. They could have easily canceled the contract but they are giving us so much problems to do so. Our credit is completely messed up from this. They won’t help us at all. I consulted with another dealership and was told by a general manager that they could have easily canceled the contract. The workers aren’t the greatest neither. The financial guy named Chris is too good at what he does.

I came with my fiancé for her service appointment, our advisor Josline was very kind and explained everything very clearly. The team was exceptional we had to bring our dog puma for the appointment and everyone showed her so much love, she was a star for the day! They even mentioned if it became too hot outside she could come inside to cool down, very thoughtful. Although we don’t enjoy the 45 minute drive to the dealership we stay because the team is awesome. Highly recommended.
