I went here for filler in my chin and paid $900 and they told me it was so much because it would last two years. It looked so good and I loved it. I got this done in March and it's now September only 6 months later and I notice it all wore off so I called them and they proceeded to tell me I was wrong that it was only supposed to last 9-12 months even though the lady told me 2 years while I was getting it done. I asked about what they could do to compensate this since it wore off and they said nothing that I would just have to come in again and pay full price!!! This was with Alexa Hetzel

The doctors are amazing! Except for one person in the staff named Tracey... truly unprofessional individual who has no remorse what's so ever with her attitude towards individuals either checking in or scheduling another appointment. Besides her unprofessionalism everyone there is great! Tracey do better please!!

Dr Alexa Hetzel was just absolutely fantastic. She listened to everything I had to say, made me very comfortable I could not have asked for a better Doctor. No doubt I will return if I have any other issues.

I came to see Dr. Simon after recommendation from another mom for my toddler. The appointment was booked 3 weeks in advance and I reached the office at 1:10 for a 1 pm appointment. The Dr. refused to see my son even though the front desk said they had a 15 mins grace period. I understand that reaching before time to an appointment is ideal, but any clinician seeing babies/toddlers is expected to have basic empathy as babies can be unpredictable. 1 hr drive disrupting my son's nap time AND they are charging me a No-Show fees. RIDICULOUS!

If it was possible to give no stars, that's what I would have given. today my husband had a follow up appointment with Dr. Simone following the removal of a very large melanoma on his head. I went with him, because as the person who has been caring for it for the last 4 weeks (it is not visible to my husband), it has been a challenge to care for it due to the location and the large size of the excision site. I wanted to accompany him so that the doctor could see it and give me some help to continue to care for it, and I also wanted her to give me some guidance to be able to visualize what he can't on his body and perhaps prevent this from happening again. when we went back together the person taking us to the exam room very nastily stated that only the patient can enter. When I explained the reasons why I was asking to be present, she wouldn't budge and said it is the policy. we asked for the office manager who reiterated the same thing even tho I said that it was in the best interest of the patient which is what should be the primary concern. This practice was recently taken over by a conglomerate and apparently that's the new rule. there was only one person who wasn't rude and nasty and that was a man who was up front (wish I got his name) who kindly printed out the biopsy results so that we could take it to another dermatologist. my husband signed a medical release and we left. Terribly disappointed in what health care has become. I am a retired nurse who has worked in many facets of medical care but the one thing that always stood above all, was that the patient came first. Sadly that isn't always the case and it definitely is not so at Windsor Dermatology.

The dermatologists are amazing at this office, and the staff is very friendly as well. The dermatologists are very knowledgeable about skin and every complexity of it. It is very easy to make emergency appointments, to be seen as soon as possible. It is easy to see other doctors there when needed. I do not know about pricing for everyone, but with my insurance it is very cheap. With any type of prescription, the doctors always try to find the outlets with the best deals. I started going there 5ish months ago for acne, my skin does not have a pimple on it anymore.

I am writing to express my tremendous gratitud and thanks for Windsor Dermatology seeing me today at 8:15am. I called yesterday and needed to be seen for a cyst on my forehead. They got me scheduled, right in at the appointment time, and on my way in under 20 minutes. I could cry I am so happy.

This is the first time in my life that a dermatologist appointment didn't accompany a long waiting period beforehand. Came to see Dr. Simone at 4:10 and I was in and out by 4:35. Record time!

Cosmetic center: Quick appointments and flexible availability for services. They use the Alle rewards system which provides great discounts and keeps me coming back. Bright and clean environment with snacks in the lobby. Shoutout to Lisa, the coolest mama! Medical center: Had an annual skin cancer screening which has always been free for me through insurance. This place was in my network, however, there was an extremely high bill I had to pay for that was unresolvable. Be warned. Doctor was nice, nonetheless.

Dr. Simon was very professional and very pleasant. She answered all of my questions and put me at ease. I had very little wait time to be seen and the office staff was very friendly.

I went with a skin irritation. Not happy with the attention given to the patient - very cursory. Post that, they prescribed medication that was not available with the pharmacy (a leading one). Despite the pharmacy asking for an alternative, they have not been responding and now it's been 3 days plus an upcoming weekend, where they get off early on Friday and naturally don't work on the weekend, that I don't have medicines. Have to suffer for 5 days and then self medicate despite going to a specialist!

I love Dr Simone! She is very thorough and has found several squamous cell carcinomas which she treated successfully. She is gentle and keeps you informed every step of the way as to treatment and follow up. I would and have, recommended her to my friends and family. In addition the staff are Fr friendly and helpful. You will be happy with Windsor Dermatology!

Lisa and Danielle were extremely knowledgeable and personable. My Cool Sculpting procedure was a wonderful experience and actually enjoyable thanks to them. I can't wait to see my before and after pictures in June! The excellent service that I received was above and beyond my expectations. Kudos to Dr. Wendy and her staff. I would highly recommend Windsor Dermatology for not only Cool Sculpting but also for general dermatology needs.
