Bad service, be careful when entering your money at the ATM, they steal it and the bank does nothing and they put you on a call and that doesn't solve anything. They didn't even help me and I'm still investigating where I deposited my money and I told them yes. You can see the recordings since the ATM machines have recorders. I am waiting for a resolution. I no longer recommend this bank. Be careful. I had been with them for 11 years, but looking at my account, this is not the case. Honest.

Racist . Came to cash a check told me that my check needed a day to process , the date is 6/4 check was issued on 6/1 . Spoke to banker who told me that some checks cannot be scanned or cashed . No one made an attempt to scan the check so I don't know how they came to that conclusion . Went to another Wells Fargo same day with no issue

I don’t normally do reviews but I am frustrated with this location and this bank.The people at this location are not helpful, they are rude , and simply fail me as a banker.No help when cashing checks , no help when attempting to open new accounts. Yet they have no problem telling me I qualify for a credit card as they continue to not assist me. The inconvenience and inconsistency is absolutely heartbreaking .

I would give zero stars if possible. Over the past several weeks I have been trying to call to make an appointment to get a document notarized because your lobby is closed and available via appointment only. I can not make this type of appointment through your on-line site. I have tried to call over a dozen times. When I call, a banker is never available according to your automated phone system. If I ask to hold the system boots me into the automated banking by phone menu. Have a hard time understanding why no one is ever available or why I can not leave a message and have you return my call. Very poor customer service in both your set-up and execution.

I went to this branch to open a promotional bank account, but was told that I could only do so with a code sent to my email address from the bank website. Having no signal on my phone and therefore no internet, I was refused access to the wifi signal in the bank for "security reasons". Every other bank I've been to, had a wifi and password just for customers. I was told to walk around the neighborhood until I find free wifi or go home!The bank products are not fantastic. APYs are lower than other banks and requirements to avoid fees can be higher.

I am a long time customer. my parents opened my account when I was young. I am very disappointed with the banker service. She was continuously using her cell phone. In between she picked up the bank phone and called someone and start talking in Hindi. Im not going back to this branch again. Manager should coach this banker (Saira)
