DISAPPOINTED!!!! I have purchased tires for 4 of my family's cars, asking with the "Road Hazard" and rotation package (additional cost). I have tried multiple times within the past year to go in and get a rotation, every time I go. No matter what time of the day I am told there is about a 4-5 hour wait. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change this morning, they told me it would be 1 hour. As I waited, after 45 minutes I went outside and looked and my car was still sitting outside. Is this what they consider good service?

Worts costumer service ever so many worker are working on customer service and only one person is helping the the customers you have to wait at least 15 to 20 To be help on and no Respect with their language They think they own the store

HUGH shout out to Michele and the auto team! They were so nice and understanding. I had a tire blow out on the turnpike. Got the donut on but still had 200 miles to get home. Walmart replaced the tire and got us on our way. THANK YOU!!

Generally well run store, busy but not overly so. I was able to pick up a number of items I needed quickly and easily. Walmart also seems to have some of the best self checkout equipment, as it generally works perfectly, so checkout is s breeze.
