WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE: If given an option, I will give minus star to this saloon. Owner is very nasty. One day I had my hair done somewhere and went in for eyebrows and she was so rude to me and said how can you go somewhere else for hair and that is not acceptable. That is not how you talk to customers. I thought of giving a second chance and went back again today and the owner had the grudge from last time and did my eyebrows in a way I had my both eyebrows swollen with bruises. I cannot say anything more than this. Please do not go to this place. There are so many places out there with great customer service.

This shop is local and convenient to me - I get the monthly haircut/ dye / pedicure and manicure ( and sometimes the facial ) done at very reasonable prices and good quality services-
Panchitha is an awesome hairstylist and very detail oriented

If the option is provided, I would rate this as a negative. Customer service is very poor. The owner has no idea how to interact with customers. She yells/screams at the customers. She is extremely rude.I will never visit this place again.!

They are liars.They rob the customers. My bill was 75$ for full hand and leg waxing. I gave four 20$ bills which is equal to 80$. She counted the bills and asked for $20 more. I gave $20 bill and then realized it’s only $75 and confirmed how much it cost for waxing she said 75$ and told I only gave $60. I counted and gave and still they argued. I asked for CC footage thinking that would show clear picture of how much I gave them. But it was not that clear and they still argue that I gave only $60 and they returned me $15 since I gave total of $100 ( including the extra $20 bill I gave after she asked). There might be some mistake and they are not ready to accept. Instead she told she is discounting me $10. Such a disgusting experience. I am never stepping into that parlour ever again. People who visit them please be aware while you pay them.I don’t care if you post the video clip.. I am not petty.. check all the other reviews from other customers. Why would a customer lie about 20$.. actually my mistake for not checking your beautiful reviews before stepping to your salon.. I am surprised too.. that you read all the reviews and still sleep peacefully.. anyways I will think I donated that $20 for Salvation Army.. enjoy and be happy and peaceful as alwaysService: Waxing

I got my haircut here for $30 (plus tip) and thought she did a great job! The lady was professional and listened to what I wanted. Yes, the service was quieter than what I am used to but I left happy with the quality. I will definitely be going back.Service: Haircut

INCREDIBLY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! Please read the reviews before you go, theres a reason this place has terrible feedback.Absolutely ruined my wife’s hair and the owner is biggest most entitled woman Ive ever met in my life. Terrible haircut, expect to walk home after a $100 haircut with wet hair because blowouts aren’t included (unlike every other salon in america) and be prepared to overpay from advertised pricing because they don’t honor the pricing listed on their walls.Avoid this place like the plague

EXTREMELY RUDE!!!
I thought perhaps mines was an isolated incident but looking at the reviews I see that the owner/lady behind the desk is extremely rude!
I walked in, no hello no nada she didnt eben look up from her phone until i said "Hi I would like to get my eyebrows threaded" She quickly looked up and then mumbled something under her breath and I didnt understand so I asked her to repeat herself then she literally HOLLERED fore.to put my coat on the rack. The point of this? I dont even know. I did as I was barked at to do and waited for the eyebrow lady to finish up with the client she was with. The only thing comparatively worse than this womans service is that DURING COVID she wanted me sit in the same chair the woman before was sitting in WITHOUT even cleaning it! I felt bad for the eyebrow lady because she had such an apologetic look on her face. But please, dont go there they have EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE !
