I recently had a disappointing experience at TJ Maxx with the cashier Claudia. From the moment I approached the counter, she had a negative attitude and seemed to be upset when I added one more item to my shopping check out. She was very sarcastic and it was clear that she did not enjoy her work.
To make matters worse, Claudia was incredibly slow at scanning my items. She scanned one item and then proceeded to ignore the rest of the items that were clearly on the counter. I had to remind her multiple times to scan the remaining items, which was frustrating and time-consuming.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Claudia at TJ Maxx. Her negative attitude, sarcasm, and slow pace made for a less than pleasant shopping experience. I hope that management addresses this issue so that other customers do not have to endure the same treatment.

Bought a bracelet for 30 dollars it turned color in a couple of days in the box never wore it. They wouldn’t take it back. I had receipt and all. Honestly I never take things back but this bracelet turned color. Never buy jewlery there. I will never.
