I just spent 19 minutes sitting in the drive thru of this bank to deposit a check and do a transfer, and I was the only car…this is the absolute worst location, if you can do it online, don’t even bother coming here

This bank customer service is horrible. I waited two hours to speak with someone then they all take there time and have no courtesy with customers who are waiting a long time they walk back and forth and make no eye contact to people that need help until they feel there ready to help you and they act clueless like that have no idea you’re in there bank .. I catch them in lies constantly when they tell me they can’t do something and when you ask why twice they give you two different reasons that make no sense.. they also hold my checks that are drawn off of TD bank witch makes no sense because they are tD bank and if you lose you’re card they tell you they can’t print you one witch is a lie they make you wait two weeks for a card .. I recommend nobody banks with TD at this location

There is more than dollars and cents at TD East Windsor office.Facing what could have been a life time tragedy I found myself desperately seeking a rescue from a scam that was aggressively in action.One call to TD Fraud division set off a immediate performance of stopage the catastrophe taking place.Followed up with immediate directives to immediate give me a sense we were back in control and rest assured that all would be OK.Humbled and embarrassed I entered the East Windsor office and within minutes Toni, Angelina and Lisatook over and immediately put all my worry and fear to rest.Effortlessly and with compassion they rebuilt my entire banking accounts. Very rare in today's world, I can never thank them enough. There's more than dollars and cents at this branch.

I usually love this branch but I recently needed to make an appointment. Great. However, I've called after hours and got the managers voicemail. Okay; but after the greeting there isn't a beep. it just starts ringing and you get the same message. is this rigged?

Amazing and professional staff: Christopher, the manager, Lisa and Carolyn, account reps. They really helped me out. TD Corporate was taking way to long to provide me with a VOD to send abroad for a university in Belgium. They got on it right away and provided me with a VOD the same day. Really like this branch. They saved me from a lot of stress and aggravation.

You can't make a deposite inside with the teller. You have to use atm or drivre thru besides atm is closed after work hours

UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF - I went to open Checking & Savings accounts on 06/21/21. 4:00 PM. Staff was not letting people come in. There was a lady inside the door who was yelling n screaming at the guy who was talking to me at the front door. Bank hours are till 5:00 PM but I was told to come another day to open account. Don't know what was going on inside ; )Bank Address : TD Bank - Princeton Hightstown Road, East Windsor, NJ.I hope someone is listening.Highly Unprofessional Attitude......

I'm dealing with the same situation. I tried to call to East Windsor branch keep on hold my phone for 1hr and half! Its no representatives, no options to choose to speak with someone. I want to choose TD bank for my new business, but I'm glad I didn't do that, because I don't understand how bank can don't care or be so irresponsible for new costumers. Plus my couple friends and 1 of family member closed business accounts with this bank, because of East Windsor New Jersey branch !
