I have been a devoted customer of this nail salon for over 15 years, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. Joy, the owner, goes beyond being a great nail technician – she's become a cherished friend. Her genuine care for customers on both a professional and personal level is reflected in the warm and joyful atmosphere of the salon. The staff is not only very skilled but also incredibly kind, ensuring a positive experience every visit. The inclusion of a shoulder and back massage in every service adds an extra layer of relaxation, making each appointment a true pampering session. What I also love about this salon is its rewards program. For every dollar spent, you earn points, and the perks are doubled when paying with cash. I've enjoyed redeeming my points for complimentary services, like a relaxing hot stone pedicure. The salon consistently stays ahead of trends with a diverse range of the latest nail polish options, and their attention to detail ensures a flawless result every time. I highly recommend this salon to anyone seeking exceptional service, a welcoming environment, and the perfect nail care experience!

This salon is amazing! 10/10 experience every time I go there. I live an hour away & specifically come to Joy for my nails every 2.5 weeks. Joy is not only an amazing business owner, she is a great person inside and out. Coming to this salon brightens my day after a long work day. Thank you all for everything always!Services: Foot massages

I was there this morning. The pedicure was sub par: she didn’t scrub my heels and maybe rubbed lotion on for a few seconds. Employees weren’t working so they were popping bubble wrap (many for a long time) while one was listening to a show on her phone so everyone could hear. 2 were using a mop for something next to my chair and it was cracking them up as they stood next to me pushing the mop (not cleaning so not sure what for) on and around my shoes and purse.45 for gel polish, not posted. Rude, rushed, not relaxing, as was hoped, waste of money. Will not go back.

The tech who did my nails amazing, but the owner ughh what a sign of disrespect. Customers are not allowed to talk to each other and the staff are only allowed to talk to the customer. She told me not to talk while I was conversations with another client. He demeanor. Made me feel so uncomfortable. I wish I could find another place to get my nails done because she is depressing. Towards customers and Hispanic staff working there. Great nails poor customer service.Service: Acrylic nails

So I have to tell everyone that today was my last time I ever step foot inside Joy’s( the owners) nail salon business after 10 years So today I went in for my manicure and pedicure appointment which Was @12 with a different lady but I was ok with it bc Joy’s suggested that my usually lady will tell her HOW to handle the ingrown nail (had an issue with my toenails because they get ingrown )so it takes a little more time than usual and the owner lashed out at me infront of the entire clientele that I should pay more because I take more time ( you never ever make a customer feel disrespected especially with everyone there listening. And she’s outloud saying she’s charging me more which i was fine with but you never talk money out loud! And Because it took longer she took away my manicurist out of spite. Also she’s saying that I gave the lady a hard time … lies and lies … I love and treat with respect every Spanish girl in that place probably more than you do .!As you can see she doesn't have good ratings. I wouldn’t give her a single penny and there’s plenty of other nail salons that have much better customer service skills. I’ve been a loyal customer for at least 10 years now she sure knows how to lose clients.. AND JOY finally: I am the one SORRY for you because using a lie to excuse yourself is a terrible SIN under the God of Abraham ,David and Moses … I will pray for your soul bc of KARMA .Services: Gel manicures

Went here after I called and asked about nail designs and was told yes we can do it. Decided to do a pedicure first. And that was a huge mistake. They don’t get the rough part on the bottom of your feet. It’s like they don’t know what they are even doing. Then they don’t get the ingrown part or at least try and make your feet look and feel back to normal. While I was getting upset about that. They asked about my nail design style only to now say they can’t do it. Really so a poor foot job and now they don’t know how to do nails. The staff has changed from a few years ago the last time I came. But I know owners are other locations that learn all styles to be in demand. Let’s just say I called and made an appointment with another shop as I waited for her to finish so called fixing my foot. I didn’t even want polish I just wanted to leave. They need better knowledgeable staff. Not people who can only say no or do horrible work. This place has gone downhill.Service: Pedicure

I called and made an appointment for a gel manicure and a gel pedicure at Sky Nail Zone. - The Hispanic woman who did my pedicure was a kind and pleasant person, she asked me if I wanted a massage for just $10 extra, I did not go there with the intention of getting a massage, but she was so nice that I decided to take her up on her offer - My pedicure was average, nothing special, but the massage was relaxing and included hot stones and was the best part of the pedicure - Then after the massage, Esther came over to my pedicure chair to start filing my fingernails for the manicure, and I noticed a black spider crawling on the sleeve of my denim jacket, she flicked it away with the same nail file that she was using to file my nails. - When I sat down at her station for my manicure, she started asking me questions including how old I was, which I thought was a little intrusive (not everyone wants to tell their age) - Then towards the end of the manicure, Esther had the nerve to ask me how much I was going to tip the woman who did my pedicure! Because she said that woman had already left the salon - I assumed the pedicure was about $30 or less, I didn't see any prices listed anywhere in the salon - So, I said $5.00, to which Esther replied, "Only 5?!" - I said, "Well how much was the pedicure?", and she said "$60.00"!!! - I said, "Wow $60?", I was shocked!, Esther mentioned that I had a massage, and the massage was $15 for 10 minutes, even though the woman who did my pedicure said it was only $10 extra I didn't mention it, I just said ok I'll give her a $10 tip, which seemed to please Esther - I have never in my entire life heard of a $60 pedicure! That means even if you subtract the now $15 massage, the pedicure was still $45! Wow! I've had both a gel mani and a gel pedi together for less than the cost of that one pedicure - Even in West Windsor my gel pedicure was only $35! - Then she asked how I was going to pay, I said with a card, but I'll pay the tips in cash, then she pointed to the ATM and said I had to use the ATM, when I went up to the desk to pay, I asked if they take cards or not, and a different Asian woman said they do, so I don't know why Esther was telling me to use the ATM - Then I asked the woman at the desk to give the $10 tip to the woman who did my pedicure, and the woman who did my pedicure was standing right behind me as if she was waiting for the tip, she had never left!! She was there the whole time! - I was surprised to see she was STILL there even though Esther had told me she left - I tipped Esther $10 as well, for the manicure she did, just so she wouldn't gossip about me being cheap after I left. - The manicure cost me $35, so I spent $95 for the mani/pedi, and $10 in tips for the pedicure, and $10 in tips to Esther for the manicure, so that is a total of $115 just for a plain gel mani/pedi! - I never had someone at a nail salon ask me how much I was going to tip someone ELSE! Who asks someone what they're going to tip someone else?! How rude! - The manicure Esther did for me was uneven and crooked! One corner of my thumb nail was so sharp that it could poke an eye out. I only went to Sky Nail Zone because I am new to this area and I didn't know any better. I've had many mani/pedis and full sets of acrylic nails in my life and never had an experience such as this. I have had full sets of acrylic nails/ dip powder with designs and rhinestones and glitter etc., the works! (you name it), with gel pedicures included and it STILL didn't cost what this below average plain gel mani/pedi ended up costing me!! I will never return to this nail salon with these money hungry, nosy, rude, women ever again!

I went to get my nails done a week ago today, went around 4 pm. My son was with me and he wasn’t crying through the whole pedicure. I got to my fill in and kid started cry quietly. The manager said “hush hush baby no cry here cry at home” this is absolutely disgusting. It was an innocent baby. Didn’t even offer anything. I had a beautiful design and it couldn’t be done and I had 2 workers doing my nails so I could get out asap. When I was paying she thought I didn’t speak Spanish and told one of the workers to say “next time come back without baby, baby blows away customer. This was the worst experience I ever had never will be coming back here.Services: Pedicure

Terrible customer service. There was a baby crying and she was being so rude to the mother telling her to not come back with the baby. Told the baby to shut up and cry at home. Never can support people like that. Disgusting.

I have never liked Joy. She is beyond rude!! She picks and chooses the customers who have the money and she feels is worthy enough to speak too. I continued to go there because of 1 technician. If I say I want something because there have been times Joy has had to take me, she will tell me "you don't need that" when I ask for a drawing on my nails. That's because she rushed to move me so she can get to the customer she actually favors. She has insulted me so many times just because I ask for certain ways I like my nails. Calls me crazy, etc for all to hear and has told my daughters the same when I'm not with them. I scheduled an appt one time and when I came in she had to do my nails. She clearly had another appt that walked in that would over lap. She literally told me "move over there. You aren't suppose to even be here." Totally humiliating! I stopped going to her. She is a full blown narcissist. Not to mention when Esther does your waxing she literally will make a face if you don't tip her enough. For a quick eyebrow wax you don't need more than $5. Take it or leave it! It's rude to make faces like a child because you expect a $20 tip. Do NOT go here unless of course your wealthy and being Joy gifts.

Had pedicure on 7/21 that lasted about 25 minutes. Tech talked on the phone the whole time. Now I have a toe infection and am on antibiotics. The worst. Told the owner. She said "Oh, I'm sorry." Never even offered to refund the pedi, let alone the dr office visit.Service: Pedicures
