I already gave my review.Wakefern contacted me regarding my review and wants me to speak to them regarding my review. If they are so interested in my comments, maybe they need to get a management team involved in this store and observe the actions of the employees and general store practices. I live in a very large 55+ community and have every intention of discussing my experience with people in my community.

Have been looking all over town, on a Sunday, for an antibiotic for my daughter who is 5 and her eye is completely swollen shut :( amoxicillin has been hard to get for children. I called here and they gave me awesome recommendations on where to get this or what to do if I cant. As soon as we hang up, he called back and said he actually just found some in a box they just got in! Within 15 mins, he called my primary pharmacy, got the script transferred over, and had It ready for me to pick up. Now my baby can start getting better. Thank you for the kindness and awesome service !!!

There's no such thing as "just running in to get a few things" quickly at this gigantic store. If you wear a "Fitbit" you can easily get your daily steps completed in just one shop at this place. Too big for me, prices aren't great, carts are left in empty parking spots which is fun when arriving in the bad weather....

The Manager behind the salad counter would not serve me because he was alone. What does that mean? He waved me away then turned his back on me and ignored me. This is the second run in with him since Cheryl left and he (John) became Manager. He was rude and told me to go upstairs to report him. Store Manager was not in yet. I called HR to report incident and they took down my phone number. I was never contacted. I will never go back there. This is how customers are treated.

So many things in one place and all of them well arranged. I had a prescription pick up from the pharmacy and while waiting, had a chance to browse through the store. The pharmacist was very kind and patiently took the time to get the details and was realistic with the pickup timings. I didn't have to wait a minute longer than the time I was asked to return. The wait time actually helped me to also complete an unplanned grocery-run. You get what you want and this location has some kind staff who are willing to help with your questions and to find any item. Shame that my phone ran out of juice and I couldn't take pictures to add to this review.

I really like their bakery. I also love their sushi, fried chicken, indian food, chinese food, fresh fruit and vegetables, and kosher foods.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Ordered shoprite from home to pick it up... husband left work early to pick it up so we could spend some time together. We'll one hour after the order is supposed to be ready he is STILL waiting... I am furious. I called after an hour of waiting and she gave me a huge attitude and didn't even apologize. Said that the order was still only half finished. Even instacart is better than this crap. Do not do shoprite from home I seriously!!!

Selection and prices are fine. Could definitely use more handicap spots as there are a lot of elderly in the area. Cashier got annoyed with me for asking to skip the plastic bags and let me just hand carry the little I order. "It's free just take it!"
