Sent my driver to this facility for a partner carrier's delivery and was truly surprised. After reading so many negatives reviews my driver was met with courteous staff and was unloaded before appt time. Appt time 11:00am and in the dock at 9:30am and unloaded by 10:45am. Thank you so much Port Jersey Logistics.

Worst place to pick up for6 hours here and still on dockand staff is the worst have some respect for drivers time the law should regulate how long the place has to load a truck

It's better not to go here. Appointment was at 5:00, now it's 10:00, but they still haven't loaded.

My appointment for pu is 3pm check in at 10:30am got door at 16:50. Now it’s 20:00 still not finish loading yet. Good luck when you coming here. Very busy place

Terrible to load, I arrived 2 hours before my appointment and they did not receive me, until the appointment time 12:00 it is 4 in the afternoon and they have not loaded me yet they only say that they are preparing the pick up

I usually write reviews only when i am angry ....this is not the case.i checked reviews about this shipper yesterday and i was ready to spend the whole day here ,to my surprise all truck that checked in in front of me were loaded in 2h so was i. Checked in 11:50am my appointment was 12pm check out 1:50pm . So i think they have improved their way of loading bcz the old reviews are scary. Great job guys now i can go home to chicago....

Terrible avoid this place, take 3 hours to get a door and 5 to get loaded, very round staff don’t respect driver they thing we are there to ruin their time

Never again. Took for ever to get loaded. I was there for over 5 hours. Stay away if ur an owner operator or a paid per mile worker.

Dishonest Company!! Shipper cancels loads and refuses to give any paperwork as proof for TONU. Trailer was half loaded. Had Dry Van on load confirmation than shipper cancelled load because load required Reefer. Shipping office Refused to provide any Check In paperwork or signatures, like if I never was here and because this was their error and fault. Wasted time and fuel coming here. Another time I came here they refused to seal my trailer and made me count all the product and sign to be responsible for shortages if there are any.
