Staff is always very slow (never use the drive thru) and always very disrespectful. Have many accounts here for years. No longer. This bank has changed in a very bad way.

At age 76 in most cases you have dealt with a lot of different banks. Twice now I have the opportunity to do business with the PNC East Windsor branch. On each occasion my needs were not a simple checking or saving account requirement. Trust me I wish they were.My problems were complex and challenging. And quite honestly I did not think they could help me.Two outstanding individuals through patience , hard work and understanding not only helped me but saved me from hardships that I truly could not afford. Ms. Sabhyata Handa and Mr. AkshayKumar Patel came through with the highest degree of professionalism and knowledge of the banking industry. I cannot thank them enough for their service and dedication. PNC is not "just a bank". It is the answer for the tough times and I highly recommend them for all your banking needs.

I had a very bad experience at this PNC recently. Unfortunately when COVID19 started and I was stocking up on supplies, I misplaced my debit card. When I went to get a new one the bank teller asked for my ID and I gave it to her. She then requested that we pulled into the parking lot since it would be a few minutes until I was able to recieve a card. I was then waved over by staff to come inside, it was then when the banker told me that I didnt look like my ID photo, even though she could only see my eyes because I was wearing a mask. She then asked me about me about my recent transactions, which I answered. It was at this time when I told her that I had recently transferred money over to my girlfriend and have been receiving checks from unemployment and the reason why I dont look like my ID is because I cut my hair short 2 years ago. After being asked about my recent transactions, they told me they couldn't accept my ID and I needed another form of identification. At this time I only had my driver's license so I had to go back home and retrieve my wallet and bring it back and luckily I had to pick up my father to help him with his car. When I went back to PNC with the two forms of ID that they requested , my drivers license and PNC credit card, I was greeted by the general manager. He asked me what services I was requesting and then took both cards, after a few minutes my father walked into the vestibule upset. When I asked why he was upset he told me that the general manager, Dominick, called my mom to confirm my identity. Shortly after my father walked into the vestibule Dominic came back telling us he was sorry for the trouble and that I would be receiving a new debit card within 5-7 business days. We then asked Dominic why he needed to continue to confirm my identity with my mom, to which he answered it was for my protection. I understand that my security and safety are important to PNC, but if I had tried to recieve a debit card by phone I wouldn't have had to jump through so many hoops. This entire PNC bank experience has left a really sour taste in my mouth, I am apart of the LGBT community, and I feel as though I have been discriminated against . Previously I have had never had any issues with this branch, but coincidentally they also never knew my orientation, and unfortunately after this experience it feels as though that played a factor.

The Branch at East Windsor is so nice! The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. They truly take care of each customer as if it was their family member. Akshaykumar is one of the best bankers I have ever met. He is truly an asset to PNC. He went above and beyond to help me with my situation and took care of everything for me. It’s a breath of fresh air to walk into a place and have everyone be polite and willing to help ,as well as go over all options, and provide you with what is best for you.
