Products are fine but please give the animals more bedding in the cages. The guinea pigs and gerbils hardly had anything in there and they need that to be happy and healthy. Small pets deserve the same love that dogs and cats do. Thanks.

RED FLAG DO NOT USE DOG TRAINER AND OWNERS BEWARE VISITING - petco’s “dog trainer” ERIC was working with a customer’s dog (25lb doodle) and was holding the leash when he allowed it to run up to my 100+lb German shepherd who is dog reactive. Not once did the trainer talk to me or ask me if my dog was friendly or if I was okay with the dogs meeting. In no way shape or form was this okay with me. This was so dangerous And honestly, just ridiculously stupid. This trainer basically just taught a puppy and an owner the worst way to approach another dog and owner. And then laughed about it. He just said that dog and owner up for absolute failure. And he made them pay for it. This trainer blatantly ignored me and allowed the puppy to run 6 feet to the end of the leash and into my dogs face and then allowed him to stay in my dogs face, while I was trying to back up my dog while carrying a Large bag of dog food. honestly, just ridiculously stupid. This trainer basically just taught a puppy and a owner the worst way to approach another dog and owner. This trainer blatantly ignored me and allowed the puppy to run 6 feet to the end of the leash and into my dogs face and then allowed him to stay in my dogs face, while I was trying to back up my dog while carrying a large bag of dog food. save yourself the money and headache and liability. Eric should not be handling hamsters let alone training dogs. Run from this dog trainer at all cost. He will put your dogs life in danger.

I always have a good experience when I go to Petco. I take my dogs to get their nails done over there and I was thinking of doing the vet as well.

I scheduled an appt for a bath and nail care for my dog. My dog is not a huge fan of her baths appointments and usually only likes Petco for new toys and treats. However, Alyssa did an amazing job ?

A few months ago I started using Petco East Windsor grooming. I want to from the roof tops how Awesome they are. Over the last 4 years I tried 4 different groomers for my Aussiedoodle and Standard poodle ! Glenn and Alyssa actually groom them but every person in there greets me and my dogs with love and excitement!
Hands down the best !

We took our dog for grooming, they did not do it properly , they did not do the trimming to the tail, when we asked to tell about this to fix it , they were very rude and said they will not provide the service again.
The store manager was very rude ,
Will not recommend this place to any pets .

The groomers…knew they didn’t cut my dogs nails and before I left…one of the workers said that my dogs nails were too long….they also failed to reduce the price because of this.
Today 3/26/24..I spoke with the manager and she hung up the phone while I was speaking..they do not address the issue and problem..like their response says.. called the corporate office and asked for my money and tipped money back..
