I was with Metro for 10 years. They have good service in most areas, but most of their employees in very store I have been to either don't care, under trained, pushy for new phones or more service. This store the kid didn't care I was with the company for 10 years, that I was having phone problems with a brand new phone I bought leas then a year ago. He told me to take it to some random place to have it fixed. So I left metro that day and switched to verizon. I have 2 brand new top of the line phones. I'm only playing for one of them, and my phone bill is only 15 bucks extra. And I get netflix, hbo max, Hulu, disney, and espn+. No brainer, switching from Metro is something I wish I did years sooner.

12/30/23. The worse experience in my life to go n was gonna transfer from another Carrier. That immigrant was very rude not helpful at all. I'm a old white guy n need help. I would never recommend to go to this metro pcs store . Disgusting experience

I had an issue with my phone and instead of going to my normal tmobile I figured I'd try this one. Not all are created equal, the young kid threw out some random problem with phone. Which I knew wasn't the issue, tried a few things and didn't know what else to do. Basically he tried to sound like he knew what he was doing but failed epically. Smh. I left and called customer service like I should've done and what do u know I got the issue solved in minutes. Tmobile customers need to know that some locations the people behind the counter don't always know what their doing. So always get a second opinion if you have a problem with your phone. The best location for tmobile users and techs that actually know what their doing and can help you is East Brunswick. Stay away from this lack of intelligence store. Ugh.

Worst customer service EVER! I want today 7/02/22 to this store and wasted 3 hrs until I finally called Corp and they told me they thier system was down globally. You would think that the staff would have an idea so they can inform their customers so they don't have to wait in the store while these idiots get a clue and find out that the systemIs down completely. The owner of the store needs to take accountability and get a grip of what's going on and stop paying $10 an hour to these people who couldn't give two craps about their customers as approved today very Unhappy customer and switching to Verizon ASAP!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME VISITING THIS STORE. STAFF HAS NO CLUE OF WHAT IS GOING ON. I stayed 3HRS UNTIL FINALLY I GOT CORP ON THE PHONE AND THEY ADVISED THAT SYSYEM WAS DOWN GLOBALLY. I could've did this at home but the worst part was the store staff could not give two craps about my time or frustration it was like nothing bothered them they need to go!!!!!

I rarely write reviews of any place. But having had multiple bad experiences with this store in this area I am hoping the managers read this and do something about the store. They hardly have anything on stock ( phones , screen protectors or knowledge ) and have one of the worst customer service agents. Always rude and never courteous. Definitely the worst in the area which one should avoid going to if you can.

Was offered drugs by the Mexican guy who is fat immunal . He asked me if I was interested in buying his handgun off him and kept it in hid car for protection since he sells coke to ever person he . I walked in today with my wife and child. Very unprofessional and I was no expecting the manager recardio to try to sell me coke . I will be going to the police station tonight to report this crime. Was told by recadro that he gets payed extra to put porn on a child preditars phone . Thar he is OK with it . I am disgusted with this place . The amount of drugs that were offered to me was nasty .
