Sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. Everything was expertly explained and the whole process extremely easy. Delivery was made next day! Definitely recommend this store!!

Wanted to take advantage of the Labor Day mattress sales so I stopped in to look around. Jay (Jason) was knowledgeable and patient. Allowed me to take my time laying upon various beds at his guidance. Did not feel pressured to buy and Jay was able to provide a price point with which I felt comfortable. Looking forward to an efficient delivery process and a better nights sleep!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is responsible for my identity theft that took nearly 5 months to resolve, no thanks to store manager, Paul, who berated me over the phone while attempting to gaslight me. For context, someone used my name and bank details to finance a mattress from this store. Paul was irate and apathetic, as if it was some personal jab at him that my identity was stolen. After months, the local police found out that a criminal had the mattress delivered to a fake address where the delivery person loaded the mattress into a van in the street, against company policy. Paul would still tell the police, after months of investigation, that I was lying and he saw me in the store without knowing my real contact information or being able to describe my facial features. Even the police was shocked by his behavior. Luckily, associate Jay was a pleasure to deal with and eased my frustration. Moral of the story, I tried to complain to corporate Mattress Firm but they are impossible to reach. They need to hold their employees responsible for unacceptable and damaging behavior.

Easy purchase! Very nice personnel - not pushy and very accommodating. Was able to follow the delivery so I knew exactly when to expect the delivery. Delivery men were quick, efficient and non-intrusive. I highly recommend this particular store.

We went in to just look as we need new mattresses. Lilly welcomed us in and was very helpful. We couldn’t make up our mind but Lily was patient and knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing two mattresses and accessories. Would recommend this place.
