Disappointed. I dropped off three women's shirts. Was handed a receipt. When I came to pick up my shirts I was told that the price was three times higher than what was on the receipt because they made an error inputting the order. They put it in as Men's shirts instead of Women's shirts. No one called to tell me the price changed. I was told I needed to pay the higher price. They should have either called to tell me they made a mistake or they should have honored the price that was on the receipt. Poor customer service. There are so many other choices in the area. You would think they would want to keep their business and do the right thing. I won't be back.Service: Organic dry cleaning

Worst place ever. Total rip off. They charge double/ triple for simple dress alterations. The woman in the store is extremely rude, racist and bitter. I had her alter my dress to make it shorter and she charged me more than the dress was worth. She even passed mean comments for people of my country. Will never come back to this place again. I would give 0 stars if i could.

Excellent tailor work. Fair prices. Great dry cleaning work as well. Fast turn around time. I go here all the time. Happy with the experience. Very nice too!

Awful customer service . I asked for a dress to be taken in and she told me it didn’t need to be . It seemed like she didn’t want to do it or know how to do it !! She had an attitude and was rude . Will not go back there .

My silk dress is damaged due to improper heat setting. I know the dress was perfectly fine when it was brought in. The owner even complimented me on how beautiful it was. Since the owner refuses to take responsibility, then legal action must be taken.

Zero stars! BEWARE THIS CLEANER's WILL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES. My dress was damaged during dry cleaning process and their are several holes. It was examined before they processed it in their system and it was perfect. The owner even complimented on how beautiful the dress was. Upon my arrival I noticed their are several holes and a large stain in front of the dress. Since the owner refuses to take responsibility, then my only recourse is legal action.

Not a good first impression. When I said that it was my first time, I didn't get a warm welcome. There was no smiling, no emotion. The woman at the cashier made a statement in a rude way. I will not use the place again.

A month ago I took a dress to get hemmed and was charged $60 by the man who I assume is the owner. Though I thought this was a bit steep I paid because I was in a bind. The quality of the hemming and timeliness made me want to come back. I came back with a different dress but similar to the first one and was told it would cost $110 by who I assume is the mans wife. I tried telling her that her husband charged me half the price for the same job but she refused to budge on the pricing. Her husband was sitting right there and didn't say a word. They refused to look me up in the system either so I could prove I paid a much lower price. I have never encountered a place that charges this much for hemming of a simple 2 layer dress. Also a very unprofessional and rude encounter. I would not recommend this place for alterations.

I have been a customer for more than 25 years. I have my dress shirts cleaned, suits dry cleaned, and all alterations done. All work is top quality. I would not hesitate to recommend this business.Service: Alterations

$48 to hem a simple dress without a liner is pretty outrageous. They do a great job with the work but prices are really steep in comparison to other tailors/seamstresses. I keep going back because it's conveniently located and the quality of their work is good but the prices make this a 3 star review. I can't afford to give them more than that...
