Was “politely” shown the door and asked to leave when I asked for pricing and discount. Not going there again. Looking back some of prior reviews, this behavior seems like a trend.Update for the management based on your response: the person who showed the door said he’s the owner. So please talk to the owner.

First went to ACE in Princeton and was told come back tomorrow when someone will be here with more knowledge. I understand the store was sold recently. Went to Kucker Haney and got great advice and service.

They color matched my sample perfectly. Everything you’d expect from a family business; friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention they sell the best paint on the market.

The staff here were knowledgable and helped me with a roller cover issue I was having-- I was surprised that they went above and beyond to help! Would not hesitate to buy supplies and paint from this store for future projects.

Bought a. sample to try the color. bought the paint after trying the sample. Color he mixed didn't match with the sample. Sample has beige undertones, where as the color he mixed is blue, tried to sell more expensive paint for a refund, refused to sell the right color and told me to go somewhere else. Painter was waiting and I took the time off from work to sort the paint color. Wasted my time and painters time. He can pay for my time , painters time and painters wasted effort. Extremely rude, threatened to call the cops, asked to leave the store and cursed, after a refund , threatened to pursue. Asked me to shut up and leave the store.

Tim and the gentlemen here were very helpful and asked good questions about my job to help me select the best type of DTM paint. Very personable and friendly staff.

Until yesterday I was a loyal and very satisfied customer for many years. Yesterday I bought porch paint based on a sample I was shown at the store. When applied it was MUCH lighter than the sample. I took a pic and went back to the store. The owner was very rude. Accused me of lying and bringing a pic of something I painted with a paint different than the one purchased at his store. He stated that he can't accommodate every person who doesn't like the paint they bought. I said I like the color in the sample very much but it's not the same when applied. At that point he angrily threw the sample on the counter, said that he's done trying to help me (he added some pigment) and told me to leave the store. Needless to say I will never go there again. Too bad because the young guy who works there has always been very nice and helpful hence 3 stars.

person working today was annoyed at every question/ask about the paint. did not want to engage at all. night and day experience compared to Sherwin Williams down the street.

Great guys. I needed help matching colors and they were quite helpful making suggestions. When I bought primer, he asked me for what and ended up giving me a less expensive one. Highly recommend.

Excellent staff, good product knowledge- and if they're not sure of something they say so up front. I go there becuase their products are often far better than the offerings at the big box stores (their polyurethane wood finish line is the best I've used).
