Haldeman East Windsor saved me. I ordered a car from another dealer that kept getting delayed. I called and spoke with Jeff. I pulled up at 5 and he had 2 options waiting for me.Jeff and Eric explained everything and we're not pushy at all. They were able to make adjustments to make the vehicle right for me and gave me a good deal. All was exactly what was quoted. Thank you to Jeff and Eric for making this happen.

The staff at Haldeman Ford of East Windsor are exceptionally helpful! Heather in Service and Jeff in Sales both assisted me in finding the best used car for my needs. Heather introduced me to Jeff, who couldn't have been nicer, more understanding, and thorough in dealing with me. His professionalism permeated his handling of my search. When I decided on the car to buy, he spent all the time I needed to show how everything worked and guided me through my test drive. He called me 2 days later to see how the car and I were doing and if I had any questions. He said to let him know any time in the future if I needed more instruction from him, which I deeply appreciate. Heather is also available to me, if I need her. Both of these staff persons are keepers! Thank you!
I have also had excellent service from Alex and Tim in Service in the past. Haldeman Ford of East Windsor will continue to be my "go to" place for any of my car needs.

We had the pleasure of working with Jeff and Ben to purchase a vehicle for my husband’s business. Jeff was professional, thorough, and walked us through the process from start to finish. Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. Pleasant folks, priced right, did a great job and was quick. Can’t ask for more than that.

East Windsor Haldeman is not like any other car (or even Ford) dealership around. Every person I've come in contact with has treated me like I'm the most important customer they have. Many dealership salesman, finance guys, and service departments are known for being pushy, or sometimes making the customer feel like they are inferior - not here. My sales guy Ben will respond to a text even on his day off, and still goes out of his way to help me with whatever I need, nearly 2 years after I took delivery of my vehicle. I would never go anywhere else, thanks for doing all the small things right.

I'm so happy I brought my truck here for service. The service writer and manager listened to my concern and addressed the problem. They didn't try to sell me any extra parts or packages. If you're looking for an honest shop, Haldeman Ford East Windsor on Rt130 is it.

I was in and out! Fastest deal I've ever made....I was in the market for a used truck I spotted a special one and called to see if it was available. I drove over two hours from PA and as soon as I arrived they had it pulled around front and ready to drive. Kenzi was my sales person and she was quick friendly and kind. I feel the dealership went out of the way for me would definitely buy from kenzi again and Haldeman, highly recommend. Thank you for your service and the new ride! The worst part was the two hour drive....the best part was the two hour drive back in my new truck!
