“I highly recommend this gym. Justin, Paul, and Mickie are great coaches and investing in their program was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I was hesitant at first because I was new to working out but the coaches are patient, kind, and supportive. When I started, the team spent time learning about what I wanted and what my needs were. They modified each workout to keep me safe and comfortable. Over the past few months, I’ve been able to slowly make progress with my strength and endurance. I also love the community and I’m excited to come to class each week. Everybody is so welcoming, and I’ve learned to see the value of exercising with people who work hard and care about their fitness. If you’re serious about improving your health and fitness, check this gym out!”

“I came to Burn after seeing a random posting on social media. I came in for a one week trial and signed up before my third camp. The tough part for me and with my work schedule is programming a workout and then I used to just do 30-60 minutes of random cardio. This gym programs the workouts and I get more results in 45 minutes than spending 2+ hours in a random gym. Coming to this gym is something I look forward to each day and the trainers, management and the community is the best and then some. The whole team welcomes you and supports you.”

“I’ve tried exercise classes everywhere, including my local YMCA, martial arts dojos, a place called I Love Kickboxing (I don’t know if they’re still around), but I could never get myself motivated enough to continue going after the first week or two (begrudgingly).Since the COVID pandemic, I’ve been working from home so I’ve become very sedentary and decided that I need to do something more than just walk my dog. I saw an ad for CKO’s 16 week challenge and decided to go to the introductory meeting to hear how they’re going to be different. During the meeting, I heard things that other places promised to deliver like a “fun” experience and all that. I was still skeptical that I would continue, but I signed up anyway. I told the instructor and the others that were there, that I am motivated now, but there’s no guarantee that I would still be motivated next week and that I’m the type of person who needs somebody to come to my house and drag me to classes or threaten to steal my catalytic converter if I don’t go, because I’m so bad with committing to these things. One of the other prospective participants offered to scoop me up on the way to class but we lived in opposite directions, so it was all on me.I went to the first class and it was tough. I’m in my early 50s, overweight, and extremely out of shape, but I got through it and I loved it! I returned for a second class and enjoyed it as well! Third class was also very good/exhausting. I found that each instructor has their own style, but they all get you moving and keep you motivated throughout. Now, I’ve realized that the more classes I go to, the easier they get and the more excited I am to continue. It’s really very strange for me to feel this way about exercising because I’ve always hated it and always talked myself out of it, but something about the feeling of punching and kicking that bag is exhilarating! It’s exhausting for sure, but it’s great because they work out every part of your body. You’re not running around the perimeter of the gym to strengthen your legs and get your heart rate up, you’re boxing and kicking and standing in ways that make it more fun than just jogging or running. The stretching, planks and other activities strengthen your core and other muscles, so you truly get that whole body workout without getting bored!”

“It's small, but it has just everything you need to get a good workout. It's always clean, and the members are respectful of others, i.e., they wipe the equipment and return the weights to the rack after use.”

“I recently had a birthday party for a 6 year old here. It seemed like all of the kids had a great time. Tumbles’ staff was friendly and helpful and kept the day organized and moving at a good cadence. I liked that the first half of play time was activities curated by two staff, in contrast to some other play gyms where the entire time is free play. The kids had a blast during free play, too.”

“Monica is well versed in the different schools of Yoga and is able to very effectively leverage the various schools of yoga to my needs. She emphasizes the need to breathe correctly as she gradually graduates you to more advanced poses. Would strongly recommend a personal class for the maximum benefit”

“I just realized I’m commenting from my husbands account but we LOVE this place! Mr. Kevin, Ms. Abby, and Ms. Sam are awesome! My son has so much fun coming here. He’s made so many friends and was the littlest in his class and only one not walking, that lasted about 2 weeks. We joined when he was 10.5 months. We’re 13 going on 14 months now and walking on balance beams, hanging and doing flips on bars with teachers help, forward rolls on cheese mats. There’s the giant air track the kids love to jump and bounce around on. The free play through the week is awesome, usually 2 and always 1 when I’m off and can take him for an extra day of fun with momma there! Poor dad needs a knee replacement but comes when he can. My son and I absolutely love this place. So clean, fun, and wonderful energetic staff! I highly recommend, we drive over 30 mins to come and it’s beyond worth it!”

“Dorothy taught us as humans that "there is no place like home", highlighting love, peace, and comfort of one's own world.Similarly, there is no yoga environment in NJ that exists like The Movement.A place that produces and showcases unparalleled experiences, instructors, and vibes.I am very grateful to have found a place that checks off all the boxes -- this place becomes a sanctuary for each visitor who chooses to practice here!”

“WAC’s world class facility & class-act management somehow combines an atmosphere of global citizenship with small-town warmth. The programming is always content-rich & developmentally-appropriate. My daughter learned to play chess here. My basketball team hones fundamentals here. My students preserve their rich cultural heritage here. In a time when unification is more important than ever, WAC is a gift that keeps giving for the diverse communities surrounding West Windsor & far beyond. Everyone “belongs” here.”

“Visiting from out of town and stopped in for a workout with family. Plenty of equipment and well designed floor plan. Employee working this morning was not only checking on the club, but actually cleaning equipment.”

“I love Princeton Wellness center, they really care about their members. Arthur one of the instructors of STIX class has changed my life, I had scoliosis since I was 12 and multiple surgeries and I have always being shy to practice any other exercise even though my surgeon said I could practice any sports and my body will tell me what I can and can’t do. When I met Arthur 3 years ago, during his class, he asked me if it was my first time in STIX so he could guide me, so I decided to tell him about my back problem, he asked kindly everybody in the class if we can do lower back and core exercises, in order to help me. I had an amazing experience. After practice for several months Arthur classes , I start feeling stronger, so I decide to take other classes, then I met Patty one of the instructors of body pump. I told her that I really wanted to challenge myself and practice body pump and she explained me that I didn’t need to put the weight bar on my back and how to the right way the exercises. I love it and I am getting stronger each time. Thanks for your guidance and encouragement Patti.I recommend everyone this gym, all the staff is amazing and they really care about the well being of each member .Thanks for changing my life you have no idea how great I feel!!!”

“I’ve enjoyed my time at Jersey Strong in Robbinsville so far. I'm just getting started. As included with my membership, I met with Craig for my Results protocol session, and he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and kind.Edit: I believe I was a bit mislead when signing up. I was told JerseyStrong+ was included in a basic membership, which it is not. It is an additional cost. I just had to downgrade my membership. Keep an eye out when signing up.”

“I have been a member of LT in Princeton for just over a year now. I have never seen a more complete or beautiful exercise facility in my life (and I have belonged to many). After joining, my wife and I began exploring the many activities offered. We have taken ballroom dancing classes, yoga classes and she has taken Zumba classes. There are aerobic exercise machines, weight machines, free weights, pilates, and classes involving both.During the summer months we took full advantage of the outdoor pool. The club also has an indoor pool and there is a hot tub in the indoor pool facility as well as a hot tub, sauna and steam room in both the men's and women's locker rooms. The club has a spa with a complete menu of spa services including massage, and there is a cafe which has a wonderful menu of salads, sandwiches and snacks and is also used by many members as a lounge. There are many other activities available, but many of the reviews here address the pickleball program.I had never played pickleball prior to joining LT. The club offered a free intro class, and after I took it, I was hooked. Under the guidance of the pickleball professional who has regrettably been singled out for criticism here (extremely unfairly in my opinion), the program more than tripled in size in less than a year. As a result of that incredible growth, it became increasingly difficult to schedule court time - more than 400 people accessing three courts, one of which is occasionally used for group and private lessons.Perhaps no-one will be surprised to learn that there have been a catalog of abuses by members, which deprived other members of equal access to the courts. The club administration and the pickleball professional have gone above and beyond in trying to make court access more equitable and to provide playing opportunities to players of all skill levels. It is those changes that have resulted in a great deal of unhappiness and criticism. One of the adjustments has involved additional fees, and the anger over those fees has, in my opinion resulted in ardent and unfair criticism. The system is in flux, but I wanted to add my voice in support of the club and the pickleball professional.I have never observed any of the negative behaviors that have been leveled as accusations. I have only observed the pickleball pro to be an excellent teacher. She has gone out of her way to listen to complaints and to try to address them in an equitable fashion. I have even seen her endure personal attacks, rudeness and criticism to her face with patience, understanding and even kindness.I consider myself to be a good judge of character. I wanted to go on record saying that I categorically disagree with the "reviews" accusing the pickleball professional of rudeness, or worse. I will go even further and say that I believe she has been defamed by some of the posts here and I hope that she considers her legal remedies.”

“For 10$ you can't go wrong.Really enjoy the music being low volume. The front staff Def don't act like they want to be there (sometimes they're on their earbuds taking calls.... even heated ones !.... cmon, not professional).Otherwise, good spot!!”
