4260 US-1 #6, Monmouth Junction“CrossFit Nassau has been an incredible journey for me. The coaches are exceptional, creating a welcoming environment where safety is paramount. Their focus on proper form has significantly improved my technique.
The WODs are always challenging and adaptable with many scaling options. The community is truly supportive and inspiring, making every workout enjoyable. Recently adding Olympic and Strength classes to my routine has noticeably enhanced my lifting abilities.
Definitely recommend!”
“SETS is a gym for everyone! Whether you are a true beginner, returning to the gym after being away or have been working out your entire life - there is something for everyone. The coaches are superior; they get to know everyone and keep you motivated and challenged. Amanda has made it a very welcoming environment! I highly recommend checking it out.”

352 Princeton Hightstown Rd #7, West Windsor“I love OTF West Windsor! Whenever I visit my parents in New Jersey I come to the studio as often as I can. I have taken classes with several different instructors and the quality, support, & welcoming attitude has been constant throughout. Thank you Coach Michael & the entire OTF WW team for making the studio the best there is. I’ll see you when I visit again in October!”

485 Nassau Park Blvd, Princeton“I have only been a member for a few weeks and am already astounded by Burn Boot Camp. It is more than a gym. It is a community. The workouts are intense, but with the support of motivational trainers (with modifications, encouragement, and technique help), and enthusiastic members, everyone always makes it through and even leaves with a smile. From the moment I enter the building until the moment I leave and beyond, I feel like the entire Burn community has my back and wants to see me reach my goals. I am so happy that I walked through the door to check it out on a whim one morning while I was out shopping. That decision put my mindset and goals on an entirely different trajectory. I highly recommend Burn Boot Camp Princeton!”

691 US-130, Robbinsville“Orange Theory Robbinsville is amazing! The staff is always welcoming and kind. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and excited to assist you through your fitness journey.”
“I’ve been a member here for over 5 years and I’ve seen many changes but one constant is the enthusiastic, friendly and caring front desk staff and coaches! I’m always greeted with smiles and friendly banter. The workouts are always challenging and fun. The coaches are knowledgeable and push you to run faster, lift heavier and row with more power. The “theory” or “science” works. I am much stronger and healthier than before OTF. As far as weight loss/bodyfat, we all know that mainly happens in the kitchen lol. I would highly recommend Princeton Orange Theory Fitness!!”

621 US-130, Hamilton“I’ve tried exercise classes everywhere, including my local YMCA, martial arts dojos, a place called I Love Kickboxing (I don’t know if they’re still around), but I could never get myself motivated enough to continue going after the first week or two (begrudgingly).Since the COVID pandemic, I’ve been working from home so I’ve become very sedentary and decided that I need to do something more than just walk my dog. I saw an ad for CKO’s 16 week challenge and decided to go to the introductory meeting to hear how they’re going to be different. During the meeting, I heard things that other places promised to deliver like a “fun” experience and all that. I was still skeptical that I would continue, but I signed up anyway. I told the instructor and the others that were there, that I am motivated now, but there’s no guarantee that I would still be motivated next week and that I’m the type of person who needs somebody to come to my house and drag me to classes or threaten to steal my catalytic converter if I don’t go, because I’m so bad with committing to these things. One of the other prospective participants offered to scoop me up on the way to class but we lived in opposite directions, so it was all on me.I went to the first class and it was tough. I’m in my early 50s, overweight, and extremely out of shape, but I got through it and I loved it! I returned for a second class and enjoyed it as well! Third class was also very good/exhausting. I found that each instructor has their own style, but they all get you moving and keep you motivated throughout. Now, I’ve realized that the more classes I go to, the easier they get and the more excited I am to continue. It’s really very strange for me to feel this way about exercising because I’ve always hated it and always talked myself out of it, but something about the feeling of punching and kicking that bag is exhilarating! It’s exhausting for sure, but it’s great because they work out every part of your body. You’re not running around the perimeter of the gym to strengthen your legs and get your heart rate up, you’re boxing and kicking and standing in ways that make it more fun than just jogging or running. The stretching, planks and other activities strengthen your core and other muscles, so you truly get that whole body workout without getting bored!”

1225 State Rd, Princeton“This is an absolutely great place for kids and families. Conveniently located in a small shopping center with plenty of parking, it is a bright, airy place decorated with primary colors and full of opportunities for the little ones to work off their energy in a safe, positive environment. My daughter-in-law and 3-year-old granddaughter are spending this year at Princeton, and my daughter-in-law took out a membership here. My granddaughter attends a one-hour tumbling class on a weekday morning, and a 1-hour pass to let a child stay after the class is also available. Plenty of kid-safe activities are available, including, slides, jumping surfaces, kid-safe balancing beams, and safe climbing surfaces, as well as supervised activities. We had my granddaughter's birthday party here, and she and all her little friends had a wonderful time. Two staff members are provided for each party, and I can't say enough about the friendliness and enthusiasm of Ryan, who was the main party host. This is a wonderful place, and if you are spending time in Princeton and have small children, definitely something to look into.”

“Monica is well versed in the different schools of Yoga and is able to very effectively leverage the various schools of yoga to my needs. She emphasizes the need to breathe correctly as she gradually graduates you to more advanced poses. Would strongly recommend a personal class for the maximum benefit”

With the pandemic hitting it wasn't until fall 2021 that I started consistently attending classes and I will keep doing so as long I can, because Locomotion is just an amazing community. Mike is a great trainer and human and he has created a beautiful team and community of people. Along Aaron, Azad, Natalie, Marianna and others provide top notch classes for all levels of fitness. Proud to be a part of this community and hope it keeps thriving.

42 S Main St, Allentown“Dorothy taught us as humans that "there is no place like home", highlighting love, peace, and comfort of one's own world.Similarly, there is no yoga environment in NJ that exists like The Movement.A place that produces and showcases unparalleled experiences, instructors, and vibes.I am very grateful to have found a place that checks off all the boxes -- this place becomes a sanctuary for each visitor who chooses to practice here!”
“I just realized I’m commenting from my husbands account but we LOVE this place! Mr. Kevin, Ms. Abby, and Ms. Sam are awesome! My son has so much fun coming here. He’s made so many friends and was the littlest in his class and only one not walking, that lasted about 2 weeks. We joined when he was 10.5 months. We’re 13 going on 14 months now and walking on balance beams, hanging and doing flips on bars with teachers help, forward rolls on cheese mats. There’s the giant air track the kids love to jump and bounce around on. The free play through the week is awesome, usually 2 and always 1 when I’m off and can take him for an extra day of fun with momma there! Poor dad needs a knee replacement but comes when he can. My son and I absolutely love this place. So clean, fun, and wonderful energetic staff! I highly recommend, we drive over 30 mins to come and it’s beyond worth it!”
“The reason why we joined this Gym which is 15 minutes away from home is because of how friendly and helpful Charles from the reception is. We came once and he was super helpful and the second time after trying really hard to join another 2 gyms near home. After joining, the place is really clean and the machines are really durable. The whole place is 5 stars. Thanks to Charles and I will tell all my friends about it.”
“It's small, but it has just everything you need to get a good workout. It's always clean, and the members are respectful of others, i.e., they wipe the equipment and return the weights to the rack after use.”
“Best of the best. Worked out here since it opened and never had any issues. Staff is amazing. Atmosphere is great. Equipment is clean and maintained. Plus the 24 hours worked great for my hectic work schedule. Much love to this place”
“New Member. Did a couple of Visits. 2 to the Gym over the Weekend. Older Fitness Equipment. Not Crowded. Left RWJ in Hamilton over that. Today I stopped at the Pool. 13 1/2Ft in one section. Made an Enjoyable Experience. 1 Per Lane. RWJ Hamilton 2-3 Adults per lane. Limited Hours for Pool. But a Reasonable Price.”
“WAC’s world class facility & class-act management somehow combines an atmosphere of global citizenship with small-town warmth. The programming is always content-rich & developmentally-appropriate. My daughter learned to play chess here. My basketball team hones fundamentals here. My students preserve their rich cultural heritage here. In a time when unification is more important than ever, WAC is a gift that keeps giving for the diverse communities surrounding West Windsor & far beyond. Everyone “belongs” here.”

“I love Princeton Wellness center, they really care about their members. Arthur one of the instructors of STIX class has changed my life, I had scoliosis since I was 12 and multiple surgeries and I have always being shy to practice any other exercise even though my surgeon said I could practice any sports and my body will tell me what I can and can’t do. When I met Arthur 3 years ago, during his class, he asked me if it was my first time in STIX so he could guide me, so I decided to tell him about my back problem, he asked kindly everybody in the class if we can do lower back and core exercises, in order to help me. I had an amazing experience. After practice for several months Arthur classes , I start feeling stronger, so I decide to take other classes, then I met Patty one of the instructors of body pump. I told her that I really wanted to challenge myself and practice body pump and she explained me that I didn’t need to put the weight bar on my back and how to the right way the exercises. I love it and I am getting stronger each time. Thanks for your guidance and encouragement Patti.I recommend everyone this gym, all the staff is amazing and they really care about the well being of each member .Thanks for changing my life you have no idea how great I feel!!!”

1140 US-130, Robbinsville“I’ve enjoyed my time at Jersey Strong in Robbinsville so far. I'm just getting started. As included with my membership, I met with Craig for my Results protocol session, and he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and kind.Edit: I believe I was a bit mislead when signing up. I was told JerseyStrong+ was included in a basic membership, which it is not. It is an additional cost. I just had to downgrade my membership. Keep an eye out when signing up.”
“The place is fine. The staff is eh...half are friendly and work, while others wont even look up from phones for anyone. I have even see staff workout and not bother to put stuff away or wipe things down. I will add the manager is present and there is a tall blonde guy on staff that is always working hard. Give him more money before you lose the chance.”
“Good workout space with variety of equipment, a pool, basketball, badminton and pickleball courts. However, the pricing is slightly unreasonable. They kept on increasing membership fee. I started with about 39 per month and now it crept to 75 pm. This does not give access to all group trainings etc.”
“I was terrified of the gym prior to joining. Never stepped a foot in one in my life. I had no idea what I was doing. I signed up for personal training with Kenny to learn what to do at the gym. Through my time working with Kenny and now independent on my own, my confidence has skyrocketed and I am not afraid to be a female at the gym or even to try new things I have never done before. I truly love going and I never thought I would say that before in ny life!”
