Hair cuts are not bad for the price. But the app where you make reservations barely works. You can’t reserve until the shop opens and you can’t reserve if there is too much traffic, so you just have to keep logging in repeatedly watching the wait time increase. Seems the barbers are just as frustrated. Not worth the effort…

On the great clips app, disable the online check-in but welcome walk-in. After arriving at the store, i was told, since i did not have the online check in, so no service will be provided, while nobody is in waiting at the store. I was trying to do online checkin but it was disabled and showing waiting time for almost 2 hours. Earlier i was told if somebody with on line checkin doesnt show up at their turn it gets cancelled. Now i am at the store, while nobody in waiting, what was a issue. Am i getting free haircut or my ethinicity was a issue. This is not a first time. It has happened before too. There are other franchise and salons available. The declining customer while no one is in waiting, is not good for business. God Bless. Thank you.

My visit to Great Clips was a total letdown. My friend and I went in for haircuts, but the older lady working there made things difficult. She argued with us about haircut terms and got angry when my friend asked for my opinion. She even started talking about her personal life, which was awkward and unnecessary. We just wanted a good haircut, but she made it unpleasant. Another employee was nice, so we left a small tip, but that didn't make up for the bad experience. We won't be going back.

The girl who cut my daughter's hair was really nice and did a super job. She was attentive and gentle. I wish I got her name so that we can request her in our next visit.

Great place to get a quick haircut. Love the online system. Came in on a weeknight, they got both of my kids in quickly and did great haircuts on them. 2 boys.

I was a walk-in and they were able to accommodate me in a few minutes and the cut was both quick and the cut was straightforward and well done, my barber was very nice and from what I could see during my visit the staff had good rapport and teamwork, will definitely return good service and good people and I am not around from here but they lady did good service both lady Wynn/Floria c u soon
