I've never been so frustrated with a gym as I have with Crunch Fitness in
East Windsor. The front desk associates are utterly useless when it comes to handling any issues with your account. After I decided to close my account, they continued to charge me. I even went through the process of freezing my account, but that didn't stop the charges either.
What's worse is that this isn't an isolated incident-I've spoken to multiple people who have
experienced the same thing. It's as if they won't stop charging you until you've told them at least five times to stop. It's ridiculous and feels like a blatant attempt to take more money from customers. Save yourself the headache and avoid this gym at all costs. They clearly don't value their members and have no interest in resolving issues properly. Only associate who was helpful was a trainer named Aleks.

It was a good gym until I tried to cancel my membership. They say you can “cancel anytime” but when you cancel they make you do 30 days notice and make you pay still during that time. It seems like they try to get all the money out of you that they can before you leave. They made me pay another month of membership even though I was moving and wasn’t going to use it. Then they also made me pay the $60 annual fee before I could leave. The first time I asked the front desk person they said all I had to do was cancel 10 days before my next charge and I wouldn’t be charged. That was a lie. So this gym is not cancel anytime.

The hydro massage machine towards to window is not working from long time and it keeps giving error. We end up waiting for long time to get other and it’s is waste of time. This was the case from almost 3/4 months from when I joined. Complained to front desk and they said, don’t have any control over. I felt review is the only way we can say something. Today again I spoke on front desk as hydro massage is not working and front desk lady is reacting wearied as i was asking. I am keep waiting every day at least 15 mins to vet in line. This is not fare as they are charging but not providing service.

I was terrified of the gym prior to joining. Never stepped a foot in one in my life. I had no idea what I was doing. I signed up for personal training with Kenny to learn what to do at the gym. Through my time working with Kenny and now independent on my own, my confidence has skyrocketed and I am not afraid to be a female at the gym or even to try new things I have never done before. I truly love going and I never thought I would say that before in ny life!

Kept charging my child for membership after she canceled membership. Kept sending emails to her about payment. Over drafted her account by 140.00. Spoke to manager Ray said he would get her the refund. It has been 1 month and still no refund.
So 4 days ago I posted this. Still no refund. Spoke to Ray again said it would be expedited and he would follow up with credit services on Monday. Called today and he told me he spoke to credit dept. And they were processing it today. He said credit department never got back to him before today. Worst customer service and just apologizing for it taking long. If they really cared about it they would follow up everyday. Hopefully this review will make things happen quicker and let people know how hard it is to get their money back when Crunch over charges their clients.

I work with Luka, he has designed a personal training program and goes an extra mile to motivate and pushes you enough. Very structured and scientific approach to health fitness. Three cheers for Luka.

Good place, clean, nice staff, well maintained equipment. Sometimes the classes in the carpetted area play the music so loud it shakes the equipment but other than that, a very accomodating place to work out.
