I had the worst experience with customer service at CVS Pharmacy. I was waiting in the drive-thru to pick up my prescriptions, and just as I reached the window, they closed the drive-thru. When I went inside, the pharmacy team, pharmacist, and even the store manager were walking out, showing extreme attitude, and telling me I should have walked in instead of using the drive-thru. What’s the point of having a drive-thru if you expect customers to walk in? They didn’t even bother to finish serving the line before closing. After being a loyal customer for over 15 years, I’m taking my business elsewhere. This is completely unacceptable.

Almost every time I have a prescription, they tell me they don't have it. My doctors have to resend the prescription several times. They are constantly messing up. I have now switched and won't return to CVS.

Worst experience ever I had in cvs pharmacy and I’ve been a customer there for 20 years!!THE PHARMACY MUST CHANGE!You would think you were in India when approaching there they are so rude and do not care about the customers!Never had I had this problem with them before.On 02/28/2024 was but one staff member that works there a long time acting out.Very disappointed!!!!!

The pharmacist picked up the phone while in the Drive Thru, stated he couldn't care less for a minor patient who was incapacited...after waiting 2 hours to get medication and fasting for 12 hours. We had to wait an additional hour to get the prescription filled. I called the corporate number and was told the prescription would be ready at 1:15 pm...but that was a lie! I was basically told the same thing...to make the minor wait longer to get the electronic prescription filled. They can care less about your loved ones/children they only care about their loved ones. The worst pharmacy ever. The prescriptions are sent electronically 2 hours in advance and still not ready. FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY! The West Windsor location is even worse!!!! Before the pandemic this pharmacy was good now they make you wait 3 hours for a basic medication.

I had my Pfizer COVID Booster shot at this CVS and I found everyone to be so very pleasant. I went to the Web site, booked the appointment and it was done 1,2,3! It was so easy to do. I encourage everyone to protect yourself and just do it!

This store needs a serious update! The management team has changed more times than I can count! Thank goodness that at least some of the pharmacists and pharmacy techs stsy the same. Where you receive flu or covid shots is a disgrace. No privacy ...opted to have my shots in Walgreens! Time to spend a little money on this East Windsor location. It appears that it has the customer base that supports its existence and upgrading!

Worst CVS..They should close this store..never the same people anywhere..rhe pharmacy is like a revolving door, they've had 3 or 4 mgrs in the past year. Shelves are empty store is dirty..just awful!

CVS pharmacy is selling expired medications over the counter. I purchased enfamil vitamin breast fed infant easy to use dropper for my 2 month old baby. Luckily found out that medicine is expired few days ago before the use… very bad
