I love Kathy and Mike. I've been a customer for years. Isn't doesn't matter if your buying or selling, it's the greatest Jewelry Store around. I've had beauty pieces custom made with Mike's help with just showing him a drawing and it's done. AMAZING!!!!

Beware ....DONT GO HERE....this man is a thief he lies about the cost of of used jewelry. My husband got me a diamond ring and a watch. THE WATCH was 250 but i had found the same Imvicta watch on the invicta website for 75.00 I tried to return it first i need it the card ok, then i couldnt go back for a week because I had a treatment for the anemia that makes me very sick. He did not want to do it and yelled at me. He was very disreapectfull. Afte the agreed and gave me a "receipt" my husband looked into his acct which he charged us twice and made believehe returned it. He ia a deceiver and a liar. I contacted BBB no solution. Maybe i should take him to court and sue him.

I had creations fix two of my watches and replace the batteries. They a fantastic job and we’re reasonably priced. The customer service is top tier and very kind. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Took my watch for battery replacement. Women could not figure out how to replace for over an hr. broke the watch. Befuddled they kept it for 3wks and claim it doesn't work. Were very dishonest about it. Do not take A SWISS watch here.

Went to Kay requesting they fix a broken clasp, they quoted me 250 and estimated it would take a month and a half. Came here right after and they fixed it in 5 minutes for 7 dollars. Great experience, great people highly recommend.

My father was a long time customer. He brought in a heavy, gold bracelet that he wanted to gift to my son in law. It had 6 raised gold letters spelling out his name. They removed all the gold letters and did a lousy sloppy job of engraving. My father was not reimbursed for the gold that was removed. Plus he had the nerve to charge for the sloppy engraving. Even though my father was long time customer they took advantage of an elderly man.

I have been going to Mike for more than 17 years. Out of which 15 years have been driving 20 miles to reach his store. But finding someone as honest, reasonable and trustworthy as him is totally worth the time. From replacing batteries in watches to polishing and refinishing jewelry, his is a one stop shop. I’ve been coming to Mike the owner of Creations Jewelry for 10 years. I am always so happy with the quality, service, and the pricing. I’ve purchased 3 diamond rings from him and am always getting the best compliments on them. I also used the layaway program with him which is at no extra cost. If there’s something you can’t find, he can also custom make it or find what you need. Highly recommend :)
