Friendly sale representative, on time delivery. Product and installation are not perfect - cosmetic covers look crooked, very visible seam/joints that could be covered up, doors do not look straight (e.g., uneven spacings from top to bottom of doors), see attached photos for details.

Highly recommend! We moved into an old house with very little closet space and decided to make half of our bedroom into a walk-in closet! We worked with Kellie and she was extremely helpful in informing us of current promotions to save money, she was knowledgeable about how to navigate mounting on our plaster-walls, and she did multiple 3-D design renditions to see what best met our needs and budget. The installation was on time and we were very happy with the end product!

We just did our master bedroom walk in closet! Highly recommend working with Jaclyn and her installation crew! The entire process was simple, easy and so personable! Jaclyn really paid attention to all our requests and details and went the extra mile to get us EXACTLY what we wanted! Didn’t feel pressured! I really felt like she was listening to all our requests, questions and concerns and gave us ALL options to choose from! Also really love the quality of the materials and finishes!
