From the get-go, my salesman, Jonathan Chan, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns and gave me all the details of the car I was interested in (which I eventually purchased). Together with Chris Hreiz at the finance department, they worked out a price that was within my budget which I appreciate given that I am in college. There were no hidden fees; Chris and John were transparent from the start.
I had to get the car serviced for a brake job, and I used their service department. Great quality service as well! They employ knowledgeable mechanics who know the ins and outs of cars, and I am very happy with their work! While I was waiting for my car to be ready, Justin at the service department took good care of me and offered to have someone drive my dad and me to a place for lunch. I was also offered a loaner vehicle.
