My package was in town in E Rutherford then went to Clifton. It was due today here in E Rutherford. 8/19/24 Now it’s in West New York Nj they had it here then shipped to Clifton and then WNY no sense of direction here. WNY has a park ave also maybe they misread the town Now it’s Back to jersey city again here on Tuesday 8/20 like a pinball. Original shipping was from Florida on 8/14/24 unbelievable. Now I had to reorder with Fed-Ex it’s in Tennessee (8/21) left JC again. When I call spoke with agent put me on hold and hung up on me. Tried to call back none answers and hung up constantly when they did. Professionalism 15 stops later out for delivery. Delivered today 8/23 from Fl the 14th been up and down the coast

My mail carrier she is great , always smiles and says hello , she delivers with care, she is awesome ! And when I needed info the post office was very helpful and went above and beyond !

Horrible post office.no wonder the GOVT is shutting down these facilities. I have been calling for the past 2 days and finally got through after trying 22 times apparently the supervisor Edgar wasn’t around so I left a message for him to call me back about my mailbox issue. He didn’t bother calling me back. So I have been calling since morning and no one is answering. I hope the govt shuts down all the post offices because we donot get any customer service. These people are riding on their high horses. They need to be taken down. I am out of the state right now so cannot go in in person. Horrible that this post office much like the hasbrouck heights post office doesn’t bother answering the phones. Useless pos!! Shut them down!!

Last Friday, March 24, I went to the agency where I was assisted by KB, she gave me excellent service because my English is minimal and she immediately looked for the option with a co-worker who speaks Spanish, in short, everything was fast and professional, my package It was delivered on time in FLORIDA. In fact, I waited for the package to arrive at its destination and then express my experience and it is excellent, thank you, I will return.

Get actual people who can read. Telling us that our package was delivered in a garage when it clearly states postal locker. Maybe read the apartment number rather being lazy and not doing your jobs. Lady at the front wanted nothing to do with the situation. Absolutely horrible.

I am a Carlton hill resident in East Rutherford and I am sick of my packages being delivered at the wrong building. When I track the package on USPS it reads delivered but than it doesn't show up at all or for another 2 weeks and this has happened more than once.

I don't usually write reviews, but I received outstanding service here. East Rutherford post office is amazing!!! Specifically Kenyatta & Edgardo. They are Friendly, courteous & a model of efficiency. I use this post office basically every working days & get to see Kenyatta most of times. She always greets you with a smile & goes out of her way to cater to your needs. I've never seen someone so willing to help. She is simply THE BEST!Thank you so much. :)

A criminal post office that goes back a week later and double charges your bank account claiming you used a priority mail envelope when in fact you used a standard manilla envelope, shipped at first class rate with the correct dimensions and took 5 days to deliver. That's not priority mail, 1st class as selected but won't back 1 week later and made false claims to charge $8 priority mail rate. CRIMINALS
