Very easy and clean shopping experience. Was able to try on many pairs of pants and left with 2 of them. Got them altered and they came out perfect. Alterations were very quick as well. They were altered by an employee named Ryan and he did an amazing job. My trousers were done before I even knew it. Overall I highly recommend you shop here.

I’m so happy about the customer service me and my father received today. An employee named Juan helped my father for over an hour to find pants that fit him right. He’s a little picky but there was enough for him to try and find what was best. I’m so happy I’m definitely coming again! Store was clean too!

We love visiting this Uniqlo whenever we are in AD. It’s one of the largest Uniqlo store in North NJ. They have all the seasonal and year round good. Lots of size, color and styles available, including the service for trimming pants. It takes sometime to walk through the whole store. Prices are same as any other store and online.
Fitting room usually has a line cause so many people are in the store. But it moves fast since they have a lot trial rooms. Checkout is mostly self serve, but associates are around to help. Being a Uniqlo member provides lots of benefits, like promotional discounts for in-store and online orders.
Past Saturday they had special promotions going on, lots of items on sale, giving away water bottle for purchase of $99+.

While I haven't shopped at this particular store location extensively, my relatively brief shopping experience at this Uniqlo location was without issue. As typical of other stores within the chain, inventory is well-stocked with plenty of variety. Priced at a cheaper, more affordable level, goods naturally reflect that in their more basic design choices. Unlike other general clothing stores with this same design philosophy, Uniqlo as a brand offers quality through its materials chosen in manufacturing their products.

Awful Store.
Purchased the anya hindmarch collection that shrunk terribly in warm water.
Was told by customer services to take them back to the store I purchased from. I had a bank statement with the transaction. But the manager on site Christina E refused to help.
I very nicely told her i wasn’t happy with that and how do i escalate? was told to call customer services ( who had sent me there in the first place)
I asked for the name of the general manager which was just too much information for anyone to give me, the sales girl Leonela V just kept saying i can’t give you his name he isn’t here and then put a random women’s number on a post it note and covered her badge when i tried to get her name
Such a bizarre interaction and really put me of Uniclo.

Can't return online purchases in store, only via mail, and you pay the return shipping fee. No store validates parking.

This is my first time writing a review, but I was so taken aback I have to say something. I work in the same mall and understand that the holiday season is very stressful for retail workers. I love the brand and have shopped in the store many times before. I recently went into the store to buy a coat because they’re on sale. I wanted to know where the long coats were and decided to ask an associate. I said excuse me and the associate continued to walk away to which I said excuse me again. She then started to nod her head but would not turn around so I waited until she was facing me to ask my question. When she finally turned around and was about to explain to her what I was looking for she turned around and gave me a huge attitude. She said that “you’re asking me for help and saying excuse me but you’re not saying anything so ask it why are you just standing there” and also said “I’m busy so just ask already”. I was shocked and asked and she just looked at me and sighed and went “no” still with a huge attitude. I thanked her anyways and went to walk away but then she said she might have and started to walk. I started to follow her but then she broke out into a sprint. I had to speed walk behind her which was lowkey really funny but why is she running?? It was just a really weird experience.

I have shopped in UNIQLO for lots of times. But today I was offended. There was a sale label on the shell and when i checked out i found it's not the sale price. So I asked the cashier and he went there and changed the label back and came back tell me that it's always the original price. I don't care about those several dollars but please don't fool me like I'm stupid CUSTOMER.

Good store. Friendly staff. One minor situation which I thought was funny: asked a staff member if they had the hoodie to the sweatpants I was buying. He said no and said come back in 5 days. I walked about 510 feet to another section and they had a plethora or the hoodies I was asking about lol.
