Went here with my boyfriend and looked around at the products, saw other customers testing out a hair product and i went to test it out as well, an employee ( older man) was very rude and told me to not do that and the way he said it was disrespectful and rude. Security came by and i told her what happened and she informed me that the item was indeed not a tester and that it makes sense that i would try it if i saw other people doing it and that it was just a misunderstanding and she apologized for the rudeness of that man. So the reason i give this ultra 2 stars was because of the kindness and understanding of the lady security guard, as for everyone else in this staff, do better. have better customer service skills and manners.

Very great experience. The girls that work there helped my girlfriend surprise me with a cologne. My girlfriend spoke very highly of Amanda and Aaliyah. Honored a discount. Will be taking my girlfriend here more often.

They cancelled my makeup appointment less than a week before prom, no one else to do my makeup. This is honestly insane leaving me scrambling to find a place that still has openings (spoiler, there’s none). I find this unprofessional and isn’t the first time I’ve had an Ulta appointment suddenly canceled with little notice.

I went in excited to get last minute products for a trip i have. I sprayed a hair product on my hand because i wanted to make sure it was a scent id like. I thought the front ones were testers and i was quickly called out by an associate. She told me there isn't testers for that product and to give her the one i sprayed because now she has to damage it. Even when i told her id buy it because i liked it, she told me to still give it to her so she can keep it behind the counter. I found it rude and embarrassing because I told you i will buy it, why take it from me like I'm a little kid? Her delivery on calling me out and then taking the product from me is no way to treat a customer. Im not a thief and I'm not a child.
