I went to this store to exchange an item, and the customer service was awful from the start.
The person who assisted me was rude, unhelpful, and it was very obvious she didn't want to work or assist anyone. They refused to process the exchange without giving me any real explanation.
Right after that, I went to another UGG store, and they exchanged the item with no problem at all. That clearly shows the issue wasn't the policy — it was the employees at this location who simply didn't want to do their job.
I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I will never return to this store and I don't recommend this location to anyone.

Located in the American Dream mall on the second floor, near the Popmart, you can go find your style in Uggs - both some clothing but mostly there for the fur-lined boots and slippers.
Staff were unobtrusive and the lines weren't bad.

I recently visited the Ugg store at the American Dream mall as a first-time customer, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of unease due to the way the staff interacted with me and my group.
It seemed as though we were being racial profiled, as we were not given the same level of service that other customers received. Despite our efforts to browse and ask questions, the staff appeared uninterested in assisting us. This made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable in a store where we had hoped to enjoy shopping for quality products.
As someone who values inclusivity and respect in retail spaces, I left the store feeling disheartened and disappointed. I had high expectations for Ugg and was looking forward to a great shopping experience, but the treatment we received overshadowed any potential enjoyment of the experience.
I hope management addresses these issues to ensure that all customers feel valued and respected, regardless of their background.

I’m a lifelong Ugg client but after the experience today will not wear them anymore. Bought shoes to try on at home but when tried to return they said they were worn. They were returned the same way I got them a few days later.
Another order I wanted to return from the web - they said I have to stand around and wait for manager. No one else in the store can help.

Be aware if you buy shoes from other Ugg stores they will not let you return or exchange here. How do you expect customers to know if they can only return at the original store where there’s nothing states on the receipt.Worst customer service.
