When you walk in here you will feel young again. Two floors of toys, and an elevator! When I finally had the chance to see the store in person, I felt like a kid again. Before I went into the store I had consumed a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and my hands were greasy. The staff were kind enough to give me hand sanitizer to de-grease my hands. Whether you are 8 or 80, this place is worth visiting.

Lots of toys to choose from plus food and popcorn and a slide down from upstairs tons of 3D puzzles - Geoffrey the giraffe comes out to visit pleasant clear aisles. a bit pricey. Lots of squishiest but expensive.

I'm glad there's still a Toys R Us store around. Its smaller than your old brick and mortar store but it still has the nostalgia factor in there. We stopped in when they were giving out a free Curious George book for spending X amount of dollars, so that was nice.

The staff to sat around on their cell phone, the environment wasn't too bad though, staff is just rude
It was my daughter's first time and I just felt bad with the way she was treated by the staff The one guy who was managing the slide wasn't even paying attention to anyone that was going down it He's literally just sat there on his phone the whole time and didn't smile or engaged with any of the children that cashier was okay since it was my daughter's first time going I had her pay for her toys since she was 5 years old and she was super excited that cashier didn't really make her experience great she was very bland with no personality I feel like if you're going to work at a store like this you have to hire people who are very upbeat smiling and engage with the children since sometimes these are these children's first experiences as stores like this it's something that they will always remember so make it good for the children hire new stuff

This place is 100% deserving of 5 stars. Especially the café. I mean how cool is it to get cholav Yisroel ice cream from Geoffrey!!! Extra credit for the Café being well organized and efficient.
