“Working with Aileen today as a group of adults she made us truly feel like kids again and made our day! The staff’s enthusiasms and friendliness was infectious, making the whole process incredibly enjoyable for everyone!”
“Very crammed and crazy store layout. While it’s fun to see some lego sets in a real setup, many sets are not on display. The set i was interested in and that was on display was no longer available. This was quite disappointing.”
“The shop is beautifully decorated with Lego statues. It is not set up like most Lego shops: the cash register is in the middle. I personally find that very appealing.”
“This is a place where all your nerdy, anime loving dreams come true. Staff is very nice and helpful all the time. Overall a great place to shop for your nerdy/geeky crafty needs.”

11 E 33rd St, New York“NYC's longest running board game & rpg shoppe (I think, my research is minimal on this) is literally floor to ceiling games. You can find not only new release, but titles from decades ago among it's packed shelves. This place is truly worth a visit when you are in Manhattan.”
“Small shop with many fun and great gift options. Service was excelent and very helpful. Would recommend this shop over most other ones on broadway. Got a free gift bag with purchase.”
“Biggie's is great! The owners are super lovely and run it themselves. Their dog, Biggie, is super cute. Often there's people playing chess outside- it's pretty rad.
Inside is a vintage lovers paradise, or more specifically, a vintage smokers dream. They specialize in refurbishing old lighters, ash trays, and smoking sets. Trust me, they're awesome. If you're not a smoker, they have old magazines, game sets, and old-style soda. If you'd like to become a smoker but are scared, they have candy cigarettes. Sick!
Anyway, I like to pop by whenever I'm in the neighborhood. You should pop in, too.”
“Love book stores which are virtually a relic of the past. A nice place to spend some time browsing titles. I was looking for books for our grandchildren. I noticed it was a draw for some neighborhood seniors as a place to cool off on a hot summer day while reading up on some titles.”
“This neighborhood gem had amazing food and service! "The Tastes" options to share were delicious. Loved the lamb with humus, shrimp with jalapeno feta and the chicken kabob entree were a big hit! The waiter was very attentive and had a great knowledge of the menu. We loved his recommendations. It's a great place for a business lunch or leisure lunch with a friend or family. Definitely recommend!”

75 Rockefeller Plaza Floor 1, New York“I recently celebrated my birthday in American Girl NYC. I'm a young adult doll collector from Europe and I'd been dreaming of getting the full AG experience since I was 8 years old. It was all I had hoped for!!I went with my best friend and the service at the New York Cafe was brilliant— our server, Christian, was incredibly nice and fun, and made our inner child feel positively spoiled. A true professional! Special thank you to him and Keyshawn for singing happy birthday and making our experience so much better. I had an amazing time and made some lovely memories. Until next time, American Girl!”
“Absolutely amazing toy store located right at the Rockefeller Building. Spanning across 2 floors, this outlet attracts mainly families, young adults and tourists from all over the world. The Jellycats are the obvious attraction for plenty of visitors here as they queue for a specialized experience with their soft toys with an even greater selection at level 2 available. There’s also a build a bear section, barbie doll, star wars, Pop figurine, magic cards and more cool items which brings you back to your childhood. Prices are steep and be prepared to spend on these unique and somewhat limited edition toys - you don’t see these definitely in other countries easily or at other toy stores here, at least I have not! Staff are all dolled up to the occasion, very interactive and really engages the crowds very well with their toy demonstration or simply being a an on-ground ambassador.”
“Awesome shop with a great staff. Super friendly and also very helpful. Went on FCBD 2024 & they made my experience so good! Brought a friend & he thought it was pretty cool too. Lots of books and collectibles especially Godzilla stuff!!”
“Took my son here for the first time, he has been asking me since he saw their table at NA day event. He’s very into Pokémon cards right now. As we were browsing one of the gentlemen gave him a Halloween pack right away. We bought 3 packs and had a good conversation. As we were about to leave the 2 guys gave my son a whole stack of holographic cards for free. There ended up being a holographic gyrados in that stack of cards and my son has been hoping for that card in every pack he opens, it made his day. Great customer service and highly recommend. Great people. Thank you again!”

574 Valley Rd, Wayne“Absolute gem of a store. One of a kind. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They've ordered specific comics for me to the shop. They've kept me updated when they arrive. Fun store to walk around and get lost in nostalgia. Wouldn't get my comics from any other shop. Even if I was in a life-threatening situation, I'd still pick Zapp! Comics. Thank you to everyone who works there! Zap to the extreme!!”
“Omar's store is great. It seems that no matter your favorite collectibles fandom, they will have it here: dolls, video games and consoles, Star Wars, board games, sports cards and Pokemon cards. Want Squish mallows or a Croc charm? They got it. They also have an array of party supplies.
In my experience, the greatest part is how he treats the kids who come for the collectible cards. When they come to buy, sell and trade, he treats them with *respect*, honesty and integrity. If they come to trade, he'll tell them what the real trade-in value is. If they come into sell, he'll tell them the true selling value. If they come in with their card binders and they like to collect a certain kind of card (eg various kinds of Pikachu cards), he'll recognize and respect that. He'll leave those alone and won't try to persuade your child to sell them. He knows what each kid is into and will keep cards that they request behind the counter for them for a week.
Other stores' proprietors treat kids with derision, condescension and disdain. But Omar is kind and interacts with the kids in a light-hearted and respectful manner. I can't stress that enough and that's what will keep me and my Pokemon-loving son coming back!”

230 Mulberry St, New York“I visited here when I was in New York last summer.
I went into this store looking for a souvenir for my daughter.
There are many cute miscellaneous goods. I bought some hair clips. It's not cheap, but it's very cute.
However, the friendliness of the store staff is not very good, even considering that this is America.”
10:30AM - 7PM
321 Broad Ave #125, Ridgefield“GIRLY and expensive. Good place for kids or teenagers who like K-pop singers logo goods or small Korean gadgets. Over priced but has decent foot traffic to non-Koreans and Korean kids alike.”
10AM - 9:30PM
805 Columbus Ave, Manhattan“came here a few weeks ago and I really liked what they had, I am excited to see what they have Christmas. Th staff are super nice and and always helping with any question you have. I had to exchange a shirt for bigger size easy and the young lady behind the the counter was helpful and did the exchange. FIVE BELOW is fun and chilled spot.”

Clifton Commons 395 Route 3 East, Clifton“I never thought I would like reading this much before I discovered the store! Now it becomes my go to. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and in-store Starbucks! What more can you ask for?”
“So far this was the easiest purchase after days of looking for a desk chair. All the details I needed about the chair were easy to find. Hoping the delivery will be as professional.”

1 Garden State Plaza Blvd, Paramus“Matt and Joe were amazing help during our visit, never visited a store with such great customer service before ◡̈ keep up the great work! They made our day!!!”

91 2nd Ave, New York“Visted New York about a month ago and omg!! I wish I had more time here!!! My friend and I found such fun stuff and I even found some cool stuff to take back with me as souvenirs!!!I forgot the gentlemans name downstairs who helped me find what I needed but he was awesome!!!! Even tried to tip him he was so helpful but he said that I should keep it and to enjoy my time in New York!! ??Definitely coming back next time I visit!!! Thank you again!!! ???”
“It was a great experience as the cashier and everyone in the store was very friendly and chill and the wide amount of comics and manga's, toys, and others is just great and I'm happy on my Asuka soryu figure. Great experience defiantly recommend!”
“I have purchased from them many times and every single time I have been elated with the cards and the quality provided. Their prices are fair and owners and very reasonable and knowledgeable. I read a bad review and I personally witnessed the interaction and the guy wanted a cheaper price and was been rude and Jess handled it with kindness and class. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is a serious buyer and wants quality products.”
9AM - 9PM
1156 US-46, Woodland Park“Who doesn't love a bookstore! Thank goodness BN still exists! Otherwise, I would not be able to share my love of books and bookstores with my grandchildren. The best part for all of us (well, for me) is the toy section (telescopes, microscopes, you name it, it's there). The Grands also loved the children's book selections.
I must also mention the staff! They were very helpful and pleasant. In a world where customer service is almost nonexistent, I must give compliments where they are due! Please keep up the good work and great customer service!
Training is everything!”
10AM - 7PM
60 W 15th St, New York“Absolutely our favorite toy store. Excellent curation. Wonderful thoughtful for our daughter. I only wish they opened up earlier on the weekend, because 11 AM is a bit late on a weekend (I’m sure they’ve done the analysis though).”
10AM - 8PM
45 Rockefeller Plaza, New York“Very funny building you own bear, we expected more from it.
You choose between a few choices of bears and then you hand it over to the employee that will stuff the bear.
So you dont really build your own bear but rather choose it.”
9AM - 9PM
1540 Broadway, New York“Great place for Disney lovers and children. Great products and merchandise. You can fined stuffed animals, plastic toys, clothing, candy, action figures and more! The only thing is things start to get pricey really fast.”
“When you walk in here you will feel young again. Two floors of toys, and an elevator! When I finally had the chance to see the store in person, I felt like a kid again. Before I went into the store I had consumed a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and my hands were greasy. The staff were kind enough to give me hand sanitizer to de-grease my hands. Whether you are 8 or 80, this place is worth visiting.”
