Wonderful location with very nice staff. I went in to browse their clearance! Which was buy 1 get 2 free! They always have clearance on sale which is awesome. The staff always greet you and ask if they can help. I love that when you check out they also ask if you found everything okay and thank you for shopping with them. It really makes people feel welcome and makes me want to shop there more.

Poor selection, poor quality, not alot of inventory and size 5, over priced = "deal" was buy one full priced and get the second 75% off. Doesn't help when full priced us marked up 50% over it's value. They also tan a deal of buy 1 "clearance" item get the second free. But if you found 1 full priced and 1 clearance, you had to pay full price on everything. Wouldn't even consider bringing up the clearance item to full price to get the 75% off the cheaper item. Sad, because they let money walk out the door. Find another Torrid or shop online!

Not my favorite location because of lack of selection. Staff is very nice. Store is neat. I've visited this location several times and they're often out of popular sizes which are 1,2, &3. Clearance section is ok but usually also limited with selection.

My wife and I decided to check out the American Dream mall in East Rutherford NJ this afternoon. While there we stopped into the Torrid location in the mall. We were greeted and we began browsing around the store. My wife picked up a t shirt she was interested in purchasing, while holding the shirt examining it. A woman holding a tablet practically rushed over to us asking if we were planning on buying the shirt. Partially stunned my wife responded no, the woman quite literally snatched the shirt from her hands and threw it to another employee and said “fold this”. We are not strangers to shopping in various torrid locations in the area and this was the first time something like this happened. We were so immediately put off by the encounter we left the store without browsing any further and I can promise you will never return to that location. For a brand that caters to a clientele that often feels put out by larger companies in their clothing selection this was frankly a disgusting display of poor customer service and I for one can’t think of a better way to ensure customers won’t return. I just wanted to make you aware of this situation that occurred. You may want to revisit some basic customer service with the employees of this location.

First time at Torrid. I love my experience. Clothes were nice, comfortable, and affordable. I went to the store located at American Dream Mall in NJ. The two young ladies Sarai and Zory were friendly. They went above and beyond to help me. Also, spoke with another associate from the Paramus Mall lovation, Luz. Another pleasant experience.

The lady with the red curls was very nice and helpful. Also, they have fans in the fitting rooms! The only down side is that they don't have a lot of bra sizes below 40D.
