This location has the best group of employees. Friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy to sell you anything. I had a great visit to this store and I've been to Tiffanys around the world but this location remains my favorite. My jewelry came out sparkling after they cleaned my pieces.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at the Tiffany & Co. store in American Dream. I came in with high expectations, given Tiffany's reputation for luxury and exceptional service, but I was met with the complete opposite.
The customer service was abysmal. The agent who assisted me was not only unhelpful but outright rude and was verbally abusing. Instead of offering assistance, they seemed bothered by my presence, as if helping a customer was a chore. Their dismissive attitude and condescending tone made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.
I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism when shopping at a brand like Tiffany & Co., but this experience was anything but that. I left the store feeling frustrated and insulted, which is the last thing I expected when walking into what is supposed to be a luxury retailer.
If this is the level of service Tiffany & Co. provides, especially at such a high-profile location, I will take my business elsewhere. They clearly need to reevaluate their staff training and customer service standards.

Thank you Casey and the Staff for your great hospitality, from the second I walked into the store to drop off my bracelet, to the moment that I picked it up. The whole experience was magnificent. They sent my bracelet out for cleaning + polishing, and I was shocked with the results. Price was extremely reasonable as well. Thank you soooo much, and I will be back very soon!

Tiffany in American dream mall. They don’t have everything. Mall is very empty. People were extremely nice. Would go back just for that.

Beautiful store, I went here to buy a 21st birthday gift for my daughter, I knew exactly what I was looking for. The staff member showed it to me and once I said yes that’s the one she went to get a new one from the back. I was there when they opened for the day so it wasn’t crowded, we were in and out. After hearing it was my first visit to the mall, the staff member gave me some details about the mall and the layout.

He bought me engagement ring here and we selected wedding bands here together. We came here multiple times and the experience was amazing! They prioritize customer needs and request. J.pita was amazing. My 7 year old daughter made her first purchase and she was so attentive and made my child feel welcome. She answered every question and patiently sat through my kids long stories. I love how professional they are not only to adults but our children as well. She walked out with a box of chocolate and a beautiful kid bag. So thank you as a parent stores like this makes us so happy

Had to leave a review for the amazing experiences I had at this location. I was looking for some glassware to gift to friends. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by Angel and she was so helpful. I browsed the Atlas collection for a piece I was obsessing over but they didn’t have my size. Angel listened to all my feedback on my style preferences and she showed me others she thought I might like without ever pushing me to styles she knew I wasn’t interested in. It felt so personal like shopping with a close friend. I ended up only getting the glassware but she made sure to wrap them beautifully, and also gave me Tiffany’s greeting cards because she knew they were gifts.She reached out to me later that she found my size in another state and asked if I wanted the ring shipped here, along with another one I liked. Kudos to all the staff in the store because when I walked in they were already expecting me and were so accommodating while Angel was assisting another customer. When I tried on the ring I was dead set on…I was so underwhelmed but when I put on the one she picked out for me I was in LOVE! I couldn’t stop staring at it!!!I can understand people feeling overwhelmed when associates are eager to assist but for a purchase that was so personal and meaningful, I’m so glad Angel helped me every step. I got to learn a lot of Tiffany’s history that made me fall in love with my ring and the brand even more. I will absolutely be coming to this location exclusively for all my future Tiffany’s purchases. Thank you Angel!
